Italian State of Tyrol Also Calls for Curbing Wireless in Schools

Teton Village, WY — (SBWIRE) — As of this fall, Israel and Italy are officially recommending schools reduce children’s exposures to wireless radiation. The Israeli Ministry of Health has initiated a major public awareness effort to reduce wireless
and electromagnetic radiation exposures to children. In similar action, the Italian State Parliament of South Tyrol voted to allow the application of the precautionary principle to replace existing wireless networks whenever possible with wired networks or those that emit less radiation.

The Israeli Ministry of Health (MoH) recommendations are published in the Environmental Health in Israel Report 2014 which states that

“Precautions should be strictly enforced with regard to children, who are more sensitive to developing cancer.”

The Report makes the following points:

Cell Phones: “The MoH recommends sensible use of cellular and wireless technology, including: considering alternatives like landline telephones” MoH recommendations include: use a speaker or hands-free phone accessory or (non-wireless) personal earphone in order to distance the telephone from the body, reduce the amount and duration of calls, and in areas of weak reception reduce calls because of higher radiation.

Children: MoH recommends: “refraining from installing the base of wireless phones in a bedroom, work room, or children’s room.”

Schools: Levels of non-ionizing radiation were measured in 25 schools nation-wide and “based on these findings, the MoEP recommends that students remain at a distance of at least 1.5 meters from electrical cabinets and that use of wireless communication networks in schools be reduced.”

Reduce Exposure in Cars: The MoH recommends not using cellphones in closed places like cars or elevators, buses, and trains unless there is an external antenna “due to amplified radiation in such places.” “When driving, a hands-free device should be used for calls. It is recommended to install an antenna outside the vehicle and to use a line connection between the telephone and the speaker as opposed to using Bluetooth.”

Research: Previous research findings in Israel “clearly indicated a link between cellphone use for more than 10 years and the development of tumors in the salivary glands.” Israel is currently a partner in two additional international studies: (1) MOBI-Kids, a multi-center study involving experts from 16 countries who are examining potential associations between use of communication devices and other environmental factors and risk of brain tumors, and (2) the GERoNiMO (Generalised EMF Research using Novel Methods) project, which uses an integrated approach and expertise from 13 countries to further the state of knowledge on EMF and health.

The Report concludes with a chapter by Linda S. Birnbaum, Director of the US National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences and National Toxicology Program, who states, “Israel is a world leader in research on the health effects of non-ionizing radiation. If some of the studies turn out to be harbingers of things to come, we may have major health consequences from the nearly ubiquitous presence of wireless equipment.”

The recently published ISRAEL 2015 RF Safety Report details current actions on EMFS such as:

New Public Education Website: The Israeli government launched the public education website TNUDA ( of the National Information Center for Non-Ionizing Radiation to guide the public and decision-makers on the educated use of technology.

Guidelines for the installation and operation of Wi-Fi networks in schools: Following a petition seeking an outright ban on Wi-Fi in Schools, the government is banning Wi-Fi in kindergartens and restricting hours of use in schools, installing equipment with exposures to be set as low as possible, and monitoring radiofrequency (RF) radiation levels.

Government Testing Finds that Mobile Phones Violate Manufacturers’ Reported SAR: In a study conducted by the Ministry for Environmental Protection and the Holon Institute of Technology, the SAR of 10 models of mobile phones was measured using phantoms. The measured SAR exceeded the SAR declared by the manufacturer, when the phone was held close to the head and in bad reception mode (100% of the maximum power).

ELF EMF limits are recommended at numbers far below international limits. These recommendations were set to account for research showing links to leukemia. “The Ministry of Health (MoH) jointly recommend a threshold of two milligauss on an average annual basis when planning an electrical facility or four milligauss on a daily average.” A study performed by the Ministry of Environmental Protection and by the Education Ministry has found that in more than 60% of the schools in Israel at least one classroom had magnetic fields exceeding 0.4 ?T. Action was taken to reduce exposure in these schools.

Headsets and safety information required with every new mobile phone: According to a settlement agreement accepted by the Tel Aviv-Yafo District Court in February 2014, cellular operators must inform buyers of new mobile phones about the radiation safety instructions as formulated by the manufacturer, provide a hands-free kit with every new mobile phone, and provide information on the safe use of mobile phones on its website.

National radiofrequency monitoring program: The Ministry of Environmental Protection is operating a national RF monitoring system with stations that continuously measure the entire range of RF and transmit the data to a central computer that analyzes and displays online the results of measurements.

On June 10, 2015, the Italian State Parliament of South Tyrol voted to allow the application of the precautionary principle to cell phones mandating the state government to:

1. To replace existing wireless networks whenever possible with networks that emit less radiation at schools, preschools, hospitals, nursing homes, and other public facilities.

2. Establish a working group whose mandate it is to assess these new technologies and their exposure levels. With regard to wireless communication technologies, mobile Internet access, and public health, the working group shall clarify which technologies emit less radiation and provide sustainable technology options and

3. To start an education and awareness campaign that informs about possible health risks, especially regarding the unborn, infants, children, and adolescents and that develops guidelines for a safer use of cell phones, smartphones, and Wi-Fi.

Environmental Health Trust (EHT) educates individuals, health professionals and communities about controllable environmental health risks and policy changes needed to reduce those risks. Currently EHT is raising health concerns about wireless in schools and recommending safer hardwired internet connection installations. 1. My sister, who has Down Syndrome, is actually very sensitive to WiFi and it is turning her life (and my parents lives) into a nightmare. She recently got over having Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Fibromyalgia, and it’s possible that the CFS made her more susceptible to becoming sensitive to WiFi ( Her first symptoms started in January, when her CFS was at it’s peak. At that time, she started having strange internal vibration sensations (strange symptom, but if you enter “body vibration sensation” into google, you find lots of people are trying to find the cause of this). As the year progressed, the vibrations continued, despite the Fibromyalgia and CFS getting completely cured. We couldn’t figure out what was causing this, but noticed that she felt best when driving around in a car, and that the symptoms returned upon entering my parents’ home. About a month ago, her symptoms dramatically worsened, to the point she had trouble staying in my parents’ home b/c the vibrations were so severe and were accompanied by loud humming and buzzing. It has gotten to the point where she is unable to sleep in their home and has to sleep in the car away from the house. We just found out that their next-door neighbors just got WiFi at around the time my sister’s symptoms worsened and keep it on 24/7. We are convinced this is the source of her problem. We also found out that a number of our other neighbors also have WiFi, but their houses are at a further distance, so their signal is probably NOT as strong. Unfortunately, my parents’ next door neighbors are quite attached to their WiFi and IPad and are only willing to turn it off from midnight to 8 am. Right now it doesn’t seem like there are any options for people in this situation. I saw a case where someone tried to sue their neighbor for the health problems their WiFi caused them, but the law sided with the neighbor who had the WiFi. My parents have looked into a temporary place for my sister to stay, but there really aren’t any options, as all hotels now have WiFi. At this point, they are going to try to purchase router guards for the neighbors. If that doesn’t work, they are going to have to spend a ton of money to tear apart a room in the house and install special shielding to protect from the WiFi signals.

Sorry for the long post, but I thought I’d share in case others are having similar problems–if you become hypersensitive to WiFi or other EMFs, it literally turns your life into a nightmare.

    1. I am so sorry to hear of your sister’s trials. What a row to hoe!

My house is lathe and plaster; we have a terrible time getting Wifi to all the rooms (a blessing in disguise!). I think it’s the chickenwire in the walls that blocks the waves. Maybe your folks could line the walls with chickenwire, and paint it the same color as the wall? That would, in effect, create a Faraday cage, without the expense of tearing out walls. I don’t know how beautiful it’d be, but you never know.

      Anyway, just a thought.

      1. Thanks for your response. Yes, I’ve heard that plaster and aluminum siding is helpful. My parents are considering all possible options at this point. I’m actually researching possible solutions right now and just found a youtube channel with lots of helpful suggestions At this point, appearance of the home is not an issue–they just want to find some sort of solution to stop my sister’s suffering.

    2. Amanda
There are smart meter shields out there. I have never tried one but I am considering it. The first one of copper is interesting as we know copper draws micro wave radiation.

There is also the silver fabric in the link.

Some people advocate keeping large crystals in the house as they also draw microwave and convert it. I have some crystals myself.

You might also try these. There are places on the web to buy them also.

Here is a youtube on how to make them.

  2. No child yet has lived with the totality of exposures in today’s world! Currently, European, American and Canadian scientists have decided to create a working group to address official recognition of electrohypersensitivity as a valid illness. According to their press release, this declaration calls upon the World Health Organization and others to urgently adopt the precautionary principal. Dr, David Carpenter is leading the charge in the U.S. Damage from multiple sources of non-thermal RF are cumulative. Our children are being saturated on a daily basis by baby monitors, wifi, cell towers, wireless toys, smart meters and on and on! The FCC’s lax regulations are 20 years old and they are not a health agency. Safety is only assumed!

    1. Technology Allergy
      (redirected from Electrohypersensitivity)
A pseudocondition with a wide range of self-reported complaints—e.g., oedema, rashes and other adverse medical symptoms—purportedly caused by exposure to electromagnetic fields in the forms of computers, telephone base stations, overhead power lines, etc.

  3. We all need to be wary of this “precautionary principle”: it’s a key tool of Agenda 21.

While I think we need to err on the side of caution (especially when there are safer alternatives available, and especially where kids are involved), misapplication of this principle can be used against us.

    1. The “precautionary principle” is totally unnecessary when we live our lives naturally, cure our diseases naturally, and think of our selves naturally. We are Nature, and Nature is Us. In harmony or disharmony, Nature is a force which cannot be overcome, nor ignored, nor replaced with any false, man made, idealization of the nature of Nature. The Universe rules, it is the power of life and all things. To try to usurp it is the ultimate folly and foolishness. Mathematics is a language that can be used to lie to people, just as English or any other language can be used to tell lies. Most scientists today are frauds, some of them well-intentioned, but still, sadly, frauds.

Oh, and by the way, unless you haven’t already heard… it’s an Electric Universe.

The nature of Nature has been more clearly discovered, and it tells us that we are all interconnected, we are interconnected with the entire Universe, in real time (meaning NOW) electrically, and that we need not fear death or any other form of evil (mostly deceit) in this world. I’d have to write an entire article explaining that extrapolation.

This very website demonstrates the natural reaction to deceit which Nature creates. Promoting truth, which Nature promotes, is in immediate opposition to fraud. Fraud can never prevail. Nature does not allow it.

  4. I was at the dental office the other day and could not help but notice a young woman with a laptop in her lap near her ovariesl

I had a dear friend who was cartoonist, he developed them and sent them away to various publications as a vocation. He died of cancer of the testicles. He always had that laptop … in his lap.

It is a great population reducer.

I don’t talk about it too much (the average American dodo bird will not believe it) but under the Jeb Bush regime in Florida. I simply clicked on a Malta site, it featured Zagrami the supposed whistleblower on the iluminati.

That same day helicopters flew over my house utilizing microwave xray.

It left a burning sensation in my mouth. They can xray 150 feet below ground.

In about two days later, I saw the same article on another site. I clicked on it. Well helicopters again appeared, this time flying low over the lake. They were green with red type lights on the side.

It burned my legs. My wife said her throat was burning. She later went into depression. I took her to a clinic in Orlando and the nurse said you would not believe how many similar stories we have heard saying something similar. This was about 4 days prior to Porter Goss resigning as CIA director. He is a killer beyond belief. They wanted I assume to let everyone know that fascism was in bloom and there was nothing you can do about it.

I assume they were from Blackwater who at the time was still located in the Orlando area.

I called the ACLU and they said we have never heard of this. They are basically a cover for the Tavistock Institute anyway. I said you have never heard of it? I hung up the phone. I called Gerry Spence In Wyoming about it. The Secretary of course said they can’t take a case in Florida, but she said they have had hundreds of reports from people who said the same thing I am saying.

Being retired law enforcement, I told some people I knew about this and told them to relay to the Orlando Sheriff, Baehre. And tell him I was growing pretty tired of this. This Sheriff went on to resign and said he was no longer a part of the Republican party and out of politics.

    Micro wave can cause depression.

My wife is still classified as a depressive, some doctors say alzheimers. Who can say for sure.

I will never bow to these killers, they won’t be exposed on this planet in this lifetime, but I can’t wait to find them on the otherside.

    1. I’m sorry about your wife, Dublin; depression is awful and difficult to treat. Also I DID respond to your last message on a preceding thread, but as is increasingly common recently, it was sent down the Memory Hole.

  5. And is it going to continue on with this? We all have our own opinions of how this will transpire. This is mine. Best post on the internet I have ever seen bar none.

“For those who have eyes to see and ears to hear, please know that the current pandemic of ignorance and arrogance is quite purposeful. It is induced — by the Universe itself — for the protection of the masses so that their ignorance has become bliss. The bliss that comes with not knowing the grim realities which abound everywhere one looks.”

    1. Before I retired I rode in the same car with my partner for about 12 years. They had issued all of us a nokia phone. My partner would sometimes say did you bring your cellphone and I would say no you brought yours, that is all we need. I am not into brain cancer.

He not only used his issued phone but stayed on his own phone half the time.

After I retired his wife called me and said he had a tumor by his cellphone ear that had to be cut out. he had to learn to walk all over again.

Later I went to visit and they had put him on chemo just to “be sure.”

I told him you and I talked about this but you just were not a good listener.I tried calling later and the phone was disconnected. I don’t have any idea what happened but he probably didn’t survive chemo. Only about 3% of people do they say.

The dentist told me I had a white spot in my mouth we should get a biopsy. I said I don’t care what the biopsy says, I won’t be taking chemo. If I thought I had cancer I would go on grape seed extract for 30 days or graviola. Doctors claim they arte 10,000 times more effective than chemo and cause no side effects.

      1. I don’t get mammograms or PAP smears for the same reason you don’t get biopsies. If I have/get cancer, I’ll know…I don’t need someone else telling me. If it’s so progressed that I die, so be it.

I can’t imagine how many people have a) been unnecessarily treated for “cancer” that wouldn’t have killed them anyway, or b) “treated”, and died anyway (actually, all of them, ultimately!). I’m just not that afraid to die.

Maybe I’ll change my mind when/if it happens to me, but so far, this is my plan. For the record, just about everyone I’ve told thinks I’m nuts. Too bad.

        1. Recynd, I am with you. I found a tiny lump, and had a mammogram, which progressed to a surgical biopsy.Everything was negative, but the surgeon told me I was at increased risk of breast cancer, just because I had had a biopsy. I was then scheduled to have imaging every 6 months for a couple of years. It didn’t take me too long to figure out I was at increased risk because of all the imaging I was being exposed to. Now I just toss that reminder card right in the trash.

        2. I’ve always wondered why they don’t subject men to similar testing. They get breast cancer, too, and testicular. Why don’t they mash balls in those machines every year like they do us?

Chances are, we’ll all end up with some kind of cancer: men have what? A 2 in 3 chance, and women have a 50/50 chance? Why don’t they turn all the energy spent on testing towards finding out what’s poisoning us? They could stop GMOimg our food, for one thing, and stop spraying us like bugs for another. Cut out most/many/all of the vaccines, and find an alternative to Wifi…I bet cancer rates would plummet. But what do I know?

          Cheers ?
