Reflections On The Revolution From The Garage

By Mike Palecek

So, yeah, I’m sittin’ here at the kitchen table worryin’ about if there’s still enough time to get my boat out on the lake for ice fishing.

And other stuff, getting the dishes done, at least started, get them soaking. Being a perfectionist, I usually like to let them soak for two or three days.

See, I am in my first week of retirement and well …

And of course, I’m writing a new best-selling book what else would I do. And I’m supposed to complete or at least look at this list of daily and weekly duties on the refrigerator, and I sit down in the living room with a warm blanket over my legs and all the lights out because I like to be cozy when I pray. I used to pray when I was in the seminary and I asked God to send me out on wonderful, dangerous [only kinda] missions, slay Republican dragons, fulfill my density, and other cool stuff.

TALLAHASSEE, FL – A former U.S. Army soldier angered over the invasion of the U.S. Capitol has been arrested for plotting an attack against protesters at the Florida State Capitol in revenge.

On Friday, the FBI arrested 33-year-old Daniel Alan Baker on federal charges for allegedly issuing an online call to arms to recruit other “hardcore leftists” to “violently confront” protesters Sunday at Florida’s Capitol in Tallahassee.

Baker allegedly created a Facebook event titled “Defend Tallahassee,” which called for people to take up arms and join him in Tallahassee to attack protesters.

U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Florida Lawrence Keefe issued a statement:

“(Baker) threatened to kidnap and injure others, and he recently issued a call to arms for like-minded individuals to violently confront protesters who are expected to gather at the Florida Capitol.

“Extremists intent on violence from either end of the political and social spectrum must be stopped, and they will be stopped.”

(U//FOUO) This Joint Threat Assessment (JTA) addresses threats to the 59th Presidential Inauguration taking place in Washington, DC, on 20 January 2021. This JTA is co-authored by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/US Secret Service (USSS), with input from multiple US Intelligence Community and law enforcement partners. It does not include acts of non – violent civil disobedience (i.e., protests without a permit), which are outside the scope of federal law enforcement jurisdiction.

(U//FOUO) This product is intended to support federal, state, local, tribal, and territorial government agencies and authorities in identifying priorities, as well as private sector security partners, for protective measures and support activity regarding terrorism and other existing or emerging threats to homeland security. Information in this assessment is current and accurate as of 14 January 2021.

(U Key Findings)

(U//FOUO) As of 14 January 2021, the FBI, DHS, USSS, US Capitol Police (USCP), National Capital Region Threat Intelligence Consortium (NTIC), Joint Force Headquarters-National Capital Region (JFHQ-NCR), Virginia Fusion Center (VFC) and the Northern Virginia Regional Intelligence Center (NVRIC), Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia (MPDC), and US Park Police (USPP) assess that domestic violent extremists (DVEs) pose the most likely threat to the 59th Presidential Inauguration in Washington, DC, on 20 January 2021 due to recent incidents of ideologically motivated violence , including at the US Capitol Building. In light of the storming of the US Capitol on 6 January, planned events in Washington, DC, in the lead up to and day of Inauguration Day offer continued opportunities for violence targeting public officials, government buildings, and federal and local law enforcement.

Ben Carson: Extremist riots the work of those seeking to ‘fundamentally change society’

Carrie Sheffield
Just The News

January 16, 2021

Dr. Ben Carson, Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, said he was worried in light of the Jan. 6 assault on the U.S. Capitol that America’s social fabric could be unraveling at the hands of those who want to “fundamentally change society” by first creating “major dissatisfaction with the way society exists currently.”

Exclusive: Eyewitness observations of the January 6th DC Trump Rally and “Storming of the Capitol”

Scott DeLarm*
January 12, 2021

Editor’s Note: In January 2013 Scott DeLarm reported to MHB his observations and photos from his visit to Newtown in the wake of the Sandy Hook massacre event, which were published as “An Inquisitive Couple’s Visit to Newtown Connecticut.” Mr. Delarm presently lives in Texas with his spouse, who accompanied him to the January 6th rally and Capitol Building event.

I am confident that the event at the capital in DC on the 6th was a false flag event.  Here is why.

My partner and I traveled 1,300 miles for the rally.  We got into town early on the 6th.  We had no clue where to park.  There were people everywhere.  I was passing a one way street and saw some open parking about 3 vehicles down from the street I was on.  I ignored the one way sign and went the wrong way down the street, turned around and parked.

We walked to the rally at the White House from there.  Hundreds of thousands of folks were present.  It was a festival like atmosphere.  There was music, some folks smoking some weed and some consuming alcohol, yet nobody was rowdy. They were just having a good time, but folks were also there intent on having the elected officials hear their voice.

Chuck Schumer Dressed Down By Protester at Tuesday Presser

“We will be at your house!”

In what will likely be a common occurrence over the coming weeks and months, at an outdoor sidewalk press conference in midtown Manhattan this afternoon longtime Democratic Senator Chuck Schumer was berated by an angry (and apparently Trump-supporting) protester, who condemned Schumer for being “a coward,” and “a socialist.”

The masked woman delayed the presser for several minutes, demanding Schumer answer questions about why he and other congressmen called law enforcement on Trump supporters on January 6th, but looked the other way during BLM and Antifa-backed protests throughout summer of 2020 in cities across the US.

When Schumer’s security attempted to get the woman to move along, she yelled, “Get your hands off me!” and “Six feet.”

FBI Bulletin: Armed Protests Planned in All 50 State Capitols

Aaron Katersky
ABC News

January 11, 2021

Starting this week and running through at least Inauguration Day, armed protests are being planned at all 50 state capitols and at the U.S. Capitol, according to an internal FBI bulletin obtained by ABC News.

The FBI has also received information in recent days on a group calling for “storming” state, local and federal government courthouses and administrative buildings in the event President Donald Trump is removed from office prior to Inauguration Day. The group is also planning to “storm” government offices in every state the day President-elect Joe Biden will be inaugurated, regardless of whether the states certified electoral votes for Biden or Trump.

“The FBI received information about an identified armed group intending to travel to Washington, DC on 16 January,” the bulletin read. “They have warned that if Congress attempts to remove POTUS via the 25th Amendment, a huge uprising will occur.”

MHB Report: ‘Capitol Riot’ – 10 Questions

MHB Report
January 10, 2021

The US public is as divided over what transpired at the nation’s capitol on January 6, 2021 as it is over who won the 2020 Presidential Election. So what exactly happened at the so-called Capitol riot? Here are 10 questions to consider … while we still can.

Rioter Scolds Capitol Hill Policeman (Video)

“You’ve got a job to do?! That’s a poor excuse!!”

A leader of the Capitol riot dresses down a police officer, apparently because the officer won’t allow additional protesters inside the building.

The takeaway is that there appears to have been some degree of cooperation if not coordination between and law enforcement officials charged with defending the US Congress on January 6th.
