Black Genocide Matters

A Tragedy of Unspeakable Proportions

In case you may have missed it, Maafa21: Black Genocide in 21st Century America (2009) reveals how the African American population was targeted by a malicious and far-reaching eugenics program dating to the postbellum era, one that exists to this day via birth control and abortion, the latter of which seizes well over 250,000 Black lives every year.

Late 1960s cartoon illustrates how the US medical and pharmaceutical industries perpetuated the decade-long eugenics program against Black Americans.

Maafa is a Swahili word which means “a terrible tragedy,” referring to the deadly middle passage of the slave trade. All indicators clearly point to how the “Maafa” continues relentlessly in the 21st century, as African American political leaders and celebrities are cynically manipulated to publicly assert, “Black Lives Matter”.

The Jaffe Memo and Eugenics

Editor’s Note: In 1969 the then-Vice President of Planned Parenthood, Frederick S. Jaffe, sent a memo to social scientist Bernard Berrelson proposing a series of population control measures. These included “encourag[ing] increased homosexuality”, “fertility control agents in water supply”, “compulsory sterilization” and “compulsory abortion”. These two social engineers contributed to the 1972 Rockefeller Commission Report, wherein many of Jaffe’s monstrous protocols were included.

In 1973 the Roe v Wade Supreme Court decision legalized abortion. Contraception, promiscuous sexual activity and homosexuality, now regarded as “love,” are considered de rigueur.

After World War Two, it became unwise to advocate for eugenics openly.  However, since eugenicists believed that they were only extending scientific principles, and felt that they stood on the bedrock of Darwinian truth, they could not just abandon the program.  They explicitly took to covert means of advancing their agenda, and, deprived of coercive measures, took to persuading people to ‘voluntarily’ inflicting eugenics thinking on themselves, and have people think it was their own idea, all along (voluntary unconscious selection).

The natural home for these efforts was ‘family planning.’  The ‘compelling issue’ transformed from racial purity to  ‘Over-population.’  Today the ‘compelling issue’ is ‘Climate change.’  Tellingly, ‘family planning’ is put forward in each and every ‘crisis’ as the solution to otherwise intractable problems.  The ‘people’ will draw the right conclusions.

In the so-called “Jaffe Memo” we see exactly the sort of programs the eugenicists turned to.  Look closely; they are not all that different than what the eugenicists had proposed decades earlier.  Indeed, some of them are exactly the same.  That should not surprise you, given that the people involved in coming up with the ideas contained in this ‘memo’ were almost in every case ‘recovering’ eugenicists.

More information and background on this memo can be found here, where it can also be downloaded as a PDF.

Anthony Horvath researched and wrote his doctoral dissertation on the history of eugenics.
