Lin Wood, the storied attorney who helped falsely accused bomber Richard Jewell and garnered headlines disputing the 2020 presidential election, says he is refusing to undergo a psychiatric evaluation ordered by the state bar of Georgia.

Wood, who gained notoriety in recent months for repeatedly alleging that the 2020 election was rigged—and who at one point infamously called for the execution of then-Vice President Mike Pence—told the Atlanta Journal-Constitution that the Georgia State Bar’s order would “violate [his] First Amendment right to free speech.”

Parler Back From The Dead As CEO Posts New Message

ZeroHedge/Epoch Times
January 18, 2021

Parler’s website suddenly appeared online Sunday with a message from its CEO, John Matze, who said, “Hello world, is this thing on?”

The message suggests Parler was able to find another hosting service, coming about a week after Amazon Web Services booted the social media website from its services, taking the site down. It came as Parler—billed as a “free speech” platform—was seeing an unprecedented surge in users as prominent conservatives, among others, were being banned from Twitter, Facebook, and other platforms.

Apple and Google have seen fit to remove the Parler app from its “stores,” contending the online platform lacks “moderation.”

Matze also issued a temporary status update.

Now seems like the right time to remind you all—both lovers and haters—why we started this platform,” Matze. “We believe privacy is paramount and free speech essential, especially on social media. Our aim has always been to provide a nonpartisan public square where individuals can enjoy and exercise their rights to both. We will resolve any challenge before us and plan to welcome all of you back soon. We will not let civil discourse perish!

Crackdown America: Mass Internet Purge, Mass Bans, MAGA Rally Attenders Arrested

January 10, 2021

Can anybody say with a straight face that America is the land of the free, home of the brave? I remember back in the day people used the expression “it’s a free country” quite often. You don’t hear that anymore. Why?

Because America is slowly becoming a soft tyranny, a high-tech mélange of fascism, corporatocracy and oligarchy working under a fake bi-party system, which in reality is a single party, CCP style, controlled by foreign lobbies and special interests.

Something the world has never seen before in such detail. And everything happens with the consent of the governed, that’s the most flabbergasting thing. People never learn anything from history.

Watching the US going down in flames from a distance is almost surreal for a person who believed for decades that the United States of America is the freest country in the world, with free speech and justice for all.

Not anymore, as the transnational cabal that rules the world through central banking and more recently by controlling the narrative (propaganda basically) via big tech and mainstream media, managed to finally destroy the last bastion of liberty.

“This Was A Coordinated Attack”: Parler CEO Speaks Out After Amazon Boots From AWS, Vows To Rebuild ‘From Scratch’

ZeroHedge
January 9, 2021

Parler CEO John Matze has issued a statement (emphasis ours):

Sunday (tomorrow) at midnight Amazon will be shutting off all of our servers in an attempt to completely remove free speech off the internet. There is the possibility Parler will be unavailable on the internet for up to a week as we rebuild from scratch. We prepared for events like this by never relying on amazons proprietary infrastructure and building bare metal products.

We will try our best to move to a new provider right now as we have many competing for our business, however Amazon, Google and Apple purposefully did this as a coordinated effort knowing our options would be limited and knowing this would inflict the most damage right as President Trump was banned from the tech companies.

This was a coordinated attack by the tech giants to kill competition in the market place. We were too successful too fast. You can expect the war on competition and free speech to continue, but don’t count us out.
