I almost commented “and so the horror begins”, but of course I would have been wrong… because the horror just continues. As this particular phase of horror goes forward, I am only left contemplating: “I wonder how my own death will occur.” I may have to change my pseudonym to “Eloi” instead of “THX1138” because THX at least found an escape. I see no escape. Being handicapped, and mostly unable to walk effectively, I expect the Morlock to starve me to death. I cannot find a single rational person anywhere around me.
