A Crestview man who publishes controversial books for the edification and entertainment of conspiracy theorists has been named in a lawsuit brought by the father of a child killed in 2012 at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut.
David Gahary is the principle officer of Wrongs without Wremedies LLC, which publishes as Moon Rock Books. The company currently markets 12 books, each bearing a provocative title along the lines of; “JFK Who How and Why,” “The Parkland Puzzle: How the Pieces Fit Together,” and “America Nuked on 911.”
Wrongs without Wremedies is named in the lawsuit along with two men, Jim Fetzer and Mike Palecek. They, Gahary said, edit the work of various contributing authors and build books from those authors’ writings.
Moon Rock Books sells to customers around the world, Gahary said.
“These are people who don’t really believe the mainstream media, or as they say now, the fake news media,” he said. “They don’t believe what the government and mainstream media are telling them.”
I still think there is strong reason to question a very fundamental aspect of this lawsuit, and that is that there is no “positive identification” of the plaintiff, “Leonard Pozner.”
It just seems to me that no law suit can be officially filed unless the “positive identification” in the full legal sense is established.
A major aspect of the many false events on U S soil since the JFK assassination appears to involve positively identifying the actors/players/subjects in the event.
The old ways of making a positive ID are now suspect, and with good reason. Witness all the still photograph fakery as well as video and audio fakery. And of course there is the body doubles deception.
And, in the end, it is becoming increasingly clear that the USA no longer has a functioning rule of law in a constitutional republic and that many attorneys and judges, all the way up to the top levels, are purchased compromised entities.
And don’t even get me started on the media!
So just what is the situation here? Are people who bring civil suits against others required to provide unbreakable proof of identity?
I know in the UK that when sell or buy a house, you have to provide forms of ID like passports, birth certificates or driving licenses to your solicitor. But I also know that when I was arrested once on a minor charge I did not have to provide any ID at all to the police before they entered my name into the system – I could have pretended to be my own next door neighbour (or any not previously fingerprinted ‘villain’ at the time of arrest) – and was never asked to prove my identity later in court.
Is it possible I could also make a claim of libel without ever having to prove my ID? Would I have to prove my ID to to my lawyer? I was never asked to do that when I acted as executor for three wills in recent years. Is the same solicitor going to ask me now for proof of ID if I decide to sue a neighbour over a boundary dispute, or for libel?
What’s the *standard practice* in the US? We need to establish that!
Well said. Thank you, Nick Dean.

there are several points to notice in this original posted newspaper article from the Gainsville Sun.
“Gahary said he has not yet been served legal papers and has actually contacted the law firm representing Pozner to ask why.”
So we not only do not know who is suing Messrs Palacek and Gahary and Dr. Fetzer, the purported defendants do not even officially know that they have been sued.
Another legal irregularity.
__________
Herein lies another important question regarding this alleged law suit.
““These individuals who compiled the book are giving their opinion. There really shouldn’t be a situation where anyone should be held liable,” Gahary said. “Why is he (Pozner) filing a lawsuit when New York Times v. Sullivan knocks it out of the park?””
Why indeed !
___________________
“Pozner” has a long and fairly recent record on the Internet of filing lawsuits, or threatening to file lawsuits, on these same issues. It is my understanding that none of these “lawsuits” ever came to trial and all of them were dropped at the last minute by the “plaintiff.”
One strong possibility I see is that “Pozner” GAINS from just “his” threats of and subsequent dropped legal actions. “Pozner” never intended in all of these claims and statements to go to court and pursue actual court trial adjudication. “Pozner” is not seeking justice but is only seeking these secondary gains.
Here are some of the gains I see as possibly valuable to “Pozner the poser.”
Just any kind of public response, or biting of the bait, on the part of the three target individuals at Moon Rock Books, gains acceptance in the public’s mind that “Pozner” and every thing he claims about himself and his “injury” and the event is true and to be accepted as fact.
Also, there gets a public conversation or debate going about things that are not debatable, that is, the First Amendment of the United States Constitution.
There are many front page story attacks on the First Amendment by posers of the “Pozner” kind so it is safe to say, these alleged lawsuits are an important strategy toward destruction of the First Amendment and the furtherance and acceptance of “hate crimes” and the like.
If I thought a little more about my “scondary gains” theory, I am sure I could think of other possible gains.
Today there are many fake lawsuits and fake claims and fake counter lawsuits and counter claims, and there can be layer upon layer of this hideous fraud dance. All of that weakens our whole legal system, so I guess to THEM, it’s all good.
I think a strong case can be made that the plaintiff is a nuisance bringing harassing nuisance suits to try to quell the freedom of speech ( if someone says that which he doesn’t agree with) and freedom of the press (ditto for those who dare to write / publish that which he doesn’t agree with). If the defendant(s) knew how to flip the court into a court of record / common law (as Karl Lentz teaches and does) they could lodge a claim against the plaintiff for injury to their reputation and their property (the books, the company)
Paul, could you cite the some of the legal cases this guy Lentz has won against opposing lawyers where he won over the judge and give us an official link? A lot of the legal system conspindustry stuff is just money making hokum.
‘Pozner’ is making a legal claim that Fetzer, Palacek and Gahary knowingly published lies about Sandy Hook being a hoax in an attempt to mislead readers. But these fellas clearly do believe what they have written, or where they have only been the publishers, believe that their writers do. This, as ‘standard’ law stands is enough to defend the case, and even to make a case against ‘Pozner’ for defamation.

“Local publisher of conspiracy books faces lawsuit over ‘Nobody Died at Sandy Hook’”

https://www.nwfdailynews.com/news/20180607/daily-news-team-receives-journalism-awards Quote:
“Tom McLaughlin, an investigative reporter, won first place for News Writer of the Year in Division B, Gatehouse’s the second largest circulation category.
“This is something special,” McLaughlin said. “I’m humbled. You put in the time and you know you’re nominated, but you don’t really expect to come out on top of all the great reporters we have in this company.”
He also won a second place Green Eyeshade Awards in Public Service for Online Journalism. The award was given for a group effort between McLaughlin and fellow GateHouse Media colleagues Dinah Voyles Pulver, Dale White and Cindy Swirko for their series titled “Rising Seas.”
“I’m really proud of the Green Eyeshade,” McLaughlin said. “It was such a dedicated team effort that so many people were involved in.”
McLaughlin has won multiple awards in his 30 years in journalism, but he said none were as prestigious as these awards. This year marks his 20th anniversary at the Daily News.” This article even includes a picture of him second from the left. Although McLaughlin has allegedly been a journalist for 30 years he still does not know the difference between principle and principal. He makes prejudiced bigoted remarks about the subjects of his propaganda article while posting propaganda pictures from the Newtown Bee which have nothing, zero, to do with the alleged “crime scene” which if were truly crime scene photographs, would have images of the dead bodies, bullet holes in walls, bullet casings on the floor and blood splattered walls and floors and everywhere. None of such evidence is included because none existed and now the entire alleged crime scene has been demolished with the obvious intent to destroy any remaining proof of this massive lie to the public. Shame on you you worthless failure of a journalist. This so called journalist should take a long look in a mirror. Observe he did not even ask any questions of the main principal party to this whole scam did he?
There are well established rules for crime scene investigations. Obviously McLaughlin is totally ignorant of them. None were followed at the Sandy Hook Hoax because it was a fake, phony event. Obviously this ignorant so called journalist was fooled too. Shame on him. I would bet he never took a single physics class in his life either. His name is incorrectly spelled with an extra “g” in the post here.

Agree, McLaughlin article is garbage. Maybe the Gainsville Sun is almost out of business as are just about all of the dead press these days. One hundred percent propaganda. Our newspaper in our big capital town has been for sale for ten years and no takers. I guess Soros type money is keeping it on life support.

I observe.
No legal action has been taken.
No lawsuit has been brought.
Good reporting would settle this fact first. Prove me wrong.
Otherwise all we have here is more Lenny social media blather and low quality newspaper journalism.
