Galileo Galilei was a genius level scientist and citizen of Italy of the highest order. He is considered the Father of the Scientific Method where basic decisions about nature are based on repeatable observations and facts, not religious mythology and scripture. His seminal discovery was that the Sun, not the Earth was the center of our Solar System. This conclusion contradicted the false claims of the powerful Catholic Church all based on false religious speculations and assumptions with zero scientific evidence. These fools in the Catholic Church even nearly burned Galileo Galilei at the Stake for holding his correct views based on scientific evidence, not religious speculations and myth. It took the ignorant Catholic Church about 350 years to admit publicly that Galileo Galilei was right and they were wrong after all. The only amazing thing is they admitted it at all! This great seminal discovery by this genius from Italy is among the many reasons why he is arguably the world’s greatest physicist. He is considered the Father of the Scientific Method where scientific conclusions are based on repeatable experiments performed by different investigators at different places and different times. This method is the basis for our modern society today where people live safely in buildings or travel safely in automobiles and airplanes and boats and ships or drive across bridges which don’t cave in, and on and on and on, all based on the laws of physics based, in turn, on the seminal discovery of the Scientific Method of Galileo Galilei.

Freedom of speech and thought, and common truth and honesty, are the heart of the Scientific Method. Here we are nearly 400 years from the genius Galileo Galilei, with “freedom of speech” even condoned in our Constitution, yet a current scholar has been virtually “burned at the stake” by an institution of “higher learning” and its lying lawyers and a lying federal judge, for expressing views which are based on evidence and facts which show the Sandy Hook School Shooting December 14, 2012 was not investigated based on the well established rules, for over a century, of crime scene investigations, but instead reported based on media propaganda lies. Professor James Tracy had the guts to call public attention to these media crimes, not in the classroom, but on a private blog, yet was fired for proclaiming the truth but demonized by his corrupt employer Florida Atlantic University and its administrators. Shame, shame, shame on it and its cowardly president John Kelly, Ph.D., who must be fired pronto. Professor Tracy must have his previous tenured job restored. Many good U.S. Soldiers have died defending Amendment Number One of the U.S. Constitution “guaranteeing” freedom of speech and thought for all our citizens. Yet the cowards at Florida Atlantic University sold them all out. Shame, shame, shame….on these gutless cowards in Florida. You owe this Country and its Founders a giant public apology for your gang rape of its and our precious Constitution. Obviously those who run Florida Atlantic University are slow learners themselves and do not understand the true meaning of Freedom of Speech in our own Constitution. All of these ignorant folks should be fired too.

I remember consulting an attorney on a small business matter when I was fresh out of college and I mentioned something about trying to obtain “justice” and he laughed and looked at me in amazement and said something like ” Don’t you know you don’t go to court to get justice? You go to get revenge.”

Sadly, I have to agree with that. We need to figure out a way to USE this travesty of injustice against Dr. Tracy to juice as much money in cold hard cash out of these evil doers NOW.

I think EXPOSING their evil deeds in great clear detail is the way to go. I also think working to establish true quality Internet platforms that will put out of business all the MSM and all the main social media outlets. I do not see much use in working for justice within this corrupt system.

We the people of the once great United States of America are under end-stage siege. We are being attacked on all major fronts. The destroyers of our republic and all of its societal institutions, including higher education and “science”, must be exposed in very clear terms. I identify the core offenders as international bankers of the Jewish revolutionary spirit kind., and THEY find most useful Marxist Fascist and Communist subversion of all levels of government. This includes both the Left and the Right. ( Remember George H W Bush and George W Bush / Clinton cooperative has been a major part of the corruption move to destroy our republic. )

These evil people are killing us off in various ways. It’s called the population control agenda, and we all help this agenda along by not having a love of the Truth and living according to His precepts.

While this information may be little consolation to Professor James Tracy in his mistreatment and dismissal by Florida Atlantic University as a reprisal for his truth telling, especially under the authority of the 1st Amendment to our Constitution, still it is instructive to read the grossly improper treatment earlier of two top scholars at the top institution on the other side of the country UC Berkeley nearly 60 years ago; namely the late Professor John W. Gofman, M.D., Ph.D., physical chemist (1918-2007) and the late Arthur Tamplin, Ph.D. (1926-2007), bio-physicist both graduates of UC Berkeley. While this top university of the world was not responsible for their gross mistreatment by the then Atomic Energy Commission, it did little to protect them from its mistreatment and in that way cowardly aided and abetted government lies. This is the basic problem of federal government funding of basic research which must be free of all censorship.

Gofman and colleague the late Arthur Tamplin, Ph.D. in bio-physics UC Berkeley, demolished the former U.S. Atomic Energy Commission’s false statements , without proof, that nuclear power generation was safe.
