Editor’s Note: We are most disturbed to find that YouTube has chosen to fully eviscerate the SGT Report channel from its platform with absolutely no true justification. The channel owner also reports that YouTube has even locked him out of his account entirely.
As many already know over the past eight years SGT has established itself as one of the finest alternative sources for political commentary and analysis available online today. At the same time, as its editor points out below, this action is something of a twisted compliment from entities who in their arrogance realize they must resort to overtly silencing those who are repeatedly at an advantage in the court of public opinion.

Ok, I’m feeling fairly devastated at the moment. More than 1,000 videos and interviews and more than 345,000 subscribers, gone. You Tube terminated my You Tube channel this morning by giving me a third ‘community guidelines’ strike within a three month period.
You Tube is worse than Big Brother. In Orwell’s 1984 Winston merely altered history in newspapers to hide the truth, You Tube is deleting history all together.
I have not even received an email from You Tube explaining what the offense was that led to this third strike so I do not even know what video or interview it was for. But I can assure you that nothing in my videos or interviews actually breaks any of You Tube’s vague ‘community guidelines’ which state:
None of my videos or interviews promoted anything other than the cause of liberty. But you all know that. The enemies of our freedom, the enemies of the Constitution and the Bill of Rights cannot beat us in the court of public opinion or town square on You Tube so they must silence us completely.
So my channel is now gone. And in my opinion, You Tube has broken the law with what Robert David Steele described to me today as tortious interference. You Tube has also defamed me with the termination of my channel by suggesting to the public at large that I am somehow the type of person who would post videos that were offensive, or damaging to the community. Nothing could be further from the truth.

This will not be the last you hear from me about this issue. I will be posting a new video on my back up You Tube channel later today if I can get logged in – but I am having trouble with [that] too. My password no longer seems to work.
But I do want to thank all of the wonderful people who have already reached out to me today. To add insult to injury to this gross censorship of ideas, it is likely impossible to identify the perpetrators of this by name or pictures or identification of any kind either and publish the information! This illustrates the fundamental problem with the internet compared to orthodox publishing of printed materials such as books in libraries. It is much more difficult to censor and remove hundreds of thousands of books, scattered about in private possession or libraries all over the world, than it is to push a button and make all this work disappear in a puff of smoke, all done anonymously, with zero personal responsibility at all! Professor Dr. Jim Fetzer, Ph.D., even had his book “Nobody Died at Sandy Hook” suddenly banned and censored from Amazon after it was available for about a month. While the individual ultimately responsible would be its owner Jeff Bezos, the Summa Cum Laude graduate of Princeton University in Electrical Engineering in 1986, so far as I know Bezos had not nor has not uttered a peep about his reasons or motivation, if any, for censoring this book, which had mostly 5 star reviews. America is no longer America but in name only. It is moving quickly now down and back to the dark ages. Don’t expect the whores in Congress or government to do anything about this because they have already indicated their position by passing the patently illegal and unconstitutional so called “Patriot Act” following the 9/11/01 false flag attack on the
Towers in New York documented to have been done by Israel but falsely blamed on Muslims. Congress has also sold the country out to criminals in Israel. Many of them are even dual citizens there, a gross conflict of interest which should be banned but isn’t banned. This country is going down quickly now. It will take much more than the ballot box to return it back. Wake up folks. The clock is ticking. It may be too late now.

I’m so sorry to hear this. Even though I wasn’t a subscriber, I visited your channel often. I have already become a subscriber to your new channel, however.
Youtube’s censorship has gotten out of hand. I am reluctant to even upload my videos there and even when I do, I always back them up on Streamable or some other site. But you said it right, in a manner I hadn’t thought of… it is defamation of your character. Good luck…

This is the way our extra-constitutional censorship works – through the public-private partnerships. That way there need be no recognized legal breach by the government, since it is supposedly the private entities (for-profit or non-profit) that are doing the censoring – and we all know that private entities can do anything they want. This is how we get our fake and censored news from the MSM as well. This is why the First Amendment has only limited application (“Congress shall make no law…”). How handy to have such public-private partnerships as Google/YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, Wikipedia, New York Times, Washington Post, NBC, CBS, ABC, CNN, etc. I am surprised that SGT Report was allowed to operate on YouTube for so long. Please let us know where you move to, and we will join you there.

There is censorship at every level. Even my local neighborhood blog will not post comments unless they are in agreement with the opinions of the moderator. Frustrating and sad.
