Broadcaster’s Comments Prompted Death Threats, “Torment”
Editor’s Note: In an ongoing war against free speech the popular media personality has been sued in Austin Texas by two families of Sandy Hook massacre event victims. The legal actions are significant because if they are allowed to proceed Jones’ defense team will have the opportunity to proceed through discovery with the parties, requiring information and sworn testimony pertinent to plaintiffs’ claims be provided before proceeding to trial.

Alex Jones has spent years claiming the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School ― where a shooter killed 20 small children and six adults ― was faked. He has claimed the parents of these dead children are liars and “crisis actors.”
Now, those parents are coming after him.

In a pair of lawsuits filed late Monday, the parents of two children who died in the December 2012 shooting in Newtown, Connecticut, say Jones’ repeated lies and conspiratorial ravings have led to death threats. The suits join at least two other recent cases accusing the Infowars host of defamation.

Neil Heslin, the father of a 6-year-old boy killed in the shooting, and Leonard Pozner and Veronique De La Rosa, who lost their own little boy, filed the suits in Austin, Texas, where Jones’ conspiracy-minded media outlet is based. Each suit is seeking more than $1 million in damages from Jones, Infowars and a related company, Free Speech Systems LLC. Infowars reporter Owen Shroyer is also named in one of the suits.
“Even after these folks had to experience this trauma, for the next five years they were tormented by Alex Jones with vicious lies about them,” Mark Bankston, the lawyer handling the cases for the parents, told HuffPost. “And these lies were meant to convince his audience that the Sandy Hook parents are frauds and have perpetrated a sinister lie on the American people.”
“I held my son with a bullet hole through his head” LOL! That’s a new one. Chances were Heslin was either in jail, just out, or in a courtroom somewhere in CT.
I thought Mr Carver didn’t allow any of the parents access to the bodies.. He did say that, in my opinion most people know how this went down.
Very interesting development. My guess is it can’t ever go to trial. How could it? I checked the FBI’s death stats recently and it still showed zero murders for Newtown. How could that be if the Sandy Hook story is true and why aren’t they going after James Fetzer for his book ‘Nobody Died At Sandy Hook’? My guess is Alex has a higher profile than Fetzer and is more likely to settle because he has better things to do. And Fetzer would like nothing more since the sales of his book are likely to shoot up quite a bit. Part of discovery would be finally getting to see the death certificates and birth certificates of all the victims including the Lanzas. Could the death certificates be anything but frauds? The deep state is panicked over losing control of their gun hysteria agenda using children to shame us into disarmament. The mass shootings playbook worked so well in Australia, but it’s not working here. The silent non-marching majority of Americans aren’t falling for it.
Pozner just had someone else in court ,and when he was ordered to give a statement to the court he dropped the case. This was just a few months ago. He had someone and he let them go.
If Alex Jones is disinfo/controlled opposition,as many suspect,then this is all just for show,and to discourage anyone else from investigating all these hoaxes. I suspect that’s the case,too.
I would suggest that that these lawsuits are part of the movie.
Alex Jones had to promise to the lawyers representing James Alefantis, of Comet Pizza and D C PizzaGate notoriety, never even to use the term “PizzaGate” ever again, and from that point forward Alex Jones never mentioned pizza or anything PizzaGate again.
Alex Jones went through some fake contentious interview with attorney Sharif Silme on April 5 2016, one day after the fake shooter event at Comet Pizza. This Silme guy claims to have been in Comet Pizza at the time of the false flag shooter event there and witnessed the whole thing.

These lawsuits have no intention of ever coming to discovery or a real court trial, but they will garner substantial secondary gains for the evildoers who are destroying the First Amendment for the Alinskyites.

Alex Jones recently flipped against the Trump Train and that is part of this ongoing saga.
What remains to be seen is whether Alex Jones’ controllers have any further use for him and his operation or if they are ready to throw him under the bus too, or just fake throwing him under the bus at this time.
If Alex Jones is ever actually thrown under the bus by his handlers, Alex Jones will get some new handlers to make it look like he is putting up a fight, but his new bosses will be the same as his old bosses.
