In a bombshell announcement, FBI Director James Comey accused former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday of having been “extremely careless” in handling

classified information on her private email server but recommended that she not face criminal charges.

“Although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case,” Comey said in a televised statement rom FBI headquarters. “Although there is evidence of potential violation of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”

The announcement, which came hours before Clinton was to hold her first joint campaign rally with President Obama, did not quiet the political firestorm surrounding her decision to use a private server for her official work email during her time at the State Department.

Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump immediately denounced the news on Twitter.

“The system is rigged,” he said. “Very very unfair! As usual, bad judgment.”

The announcement came after the FBI interviewed Clinton at its headquarters on Saturday for three and a half hours, the culmination of a yearlong investigation that has dogged her presidential campaign and fueled her sky-high disapproval ratings.

  1. They did this on “Independence Day” to Mock all of us who believe in the Rule of Law.

The message is “What you gonna about it Serf?”.

    All staged last week.

They want to Break your will, your powerless, give up, We Won.

    1. I think you are wrong here. Check out the many statements by Rudy Giuliani on this matter. He clarifies things very clearly. And, constant repetition by Viper Clinton signifies “criminal intent”. I mean, doing this thing over and over and over and over, does that NOT show total intent on the part of Hitlery? Too many good legal minds have shown intent via proxy methodology, it’s very clear these “errors in judgment” were done on purpose. Obama’s defense of his former Sec’y is pathetic, hackneyed, and as usual without the Prompter, totally mucked up. The man cannot speak without somebody putting the words inside his brain. And, as many have said, there are no records of his matriculation at Occidental, Columbia, and the Harvard Law School. The man is an enormous Impostor. And to think ignoramus Americans voted for this destroyer.

      1. @ Gil,
I’m not saying it isn’t still a campaign issue. Comey, former DA of Manhattan, former Deputy AG of the U.S., made a judgment call in saying this was not a winnable LEGAL case. Giuliani believes it is a winnable case. I’m not a lawyer, and I can’t rationally estimate which lawyers are more right or wrong. This is part of the problem, when people in the general public weigh in on the meanings of laws without having any training or credential qualifying them to do so. Law is complex and nuanced, not something you can determine by “vox populi”.

I read the statutes people have been frantically cutting and pasting in support of their unqualified opinions. When I looked up the legal definition of “gross negligence”, to me it DOES require provable intent. Therefore gross negligence and extreme carelessness are not on the same level legally TO ME. But I admit I could be wrong, because I have no expertise qualified by training.

  2. If the crime of 9/11 wasn’t investigated ,the perps not prosecuted, the missing 2.3 trillion Rummy said was missing not looked into? if the new admin coming in, wouldn’t prosecute the corrupt admin going out, then the new admin could allegedly capture the most wanted man in the world and dump him in the drink with no evidence, then seal team six could be smudged and then on top of these crooked bricks , more to follow, setting a world policy built with more crooked bricks, well… why be surprised ?
its just a matter of time till it all comes crashing down.

        1. Comey is a goy and a shmuck, so if using Yiddish at least you should get it right.

  3. I guess Comey hasn’t heard of the prosecutor in Baltimore.
Hillary still faces the results of a criminal investigation on her illegal donations to her criminal money laundering foundation from Uranium One and countries that persecute gays for being gay.
” Guilty as sin but free as a bird.” Bill Ayers

  4. Can’t prosecute without intent? I was always told that ignorance of the law is not an excuse, or a defense. Bill obviously paid off the AG with a big donation to the Derek Zoolander school for kids who wanna learn to read and do other stuff good too.

The US government is a joke. Clearly the most corrupt ruling body to ever hit the planet. The lawlessness is totally out in the open and they throw it in your face every day. It was obvious she would be let off the hook from the beginning, the people at justice were just waiting for the right number to come across the table. Now the American people are free to think she is innocent, and vote for her in a landslide with no damage to what little morality they have left.

I beg God’s forgiveness for ever putting on the uniform for this place.

    1. Rich, your right.

They do Not need to Prove intent on violating a statue.

Comey addressed this by saying No one would prosecute on this alone.

He just wanted to live another day…….

        1. I don’t know who these 90 people are this guy refers to. I was just passing along the Pic as a joke but it Clipped off.

People do claim there is 42 deaths attributed to Clinton’s but I can’t verify that.

    1. The sight of these two impostors on the stage makes me retch violently. The caption should be, “It Only takes a pair to destroy the country”. Clearly, two of the most vile reptiles on this planet or any other planet.

      1. The FEC should investigate whether a sitting Pres./Chairman is violating Election laws by flying his Hand Picked predecessor around on Our time, in Our Jet, using Our Presidential Podium.

This clearly has to be a violation of ethics at the min.

        Never mind…..

        1. I think it’s quite possible that Bath House Barry will somehow use Hillary’s legal issues against her around election time to keep himself in office for another term. All for the good of the American people that he loves, of course!

        2. VT has shown a reverence for Obama over the years. Does anybody have an accurate analysis of VT and what and who they really are? I maintain that there is something major fishy about this group of strange ducks.

  5. Why is it legal for illegals aka those in this country illegally without permission, to vote in CA? Anyone including a tourist can walk in and vote thanks to Obama. That alone will keep the democrats winning every election.

And when the FBI says a prosecutor wouldn’t prosecute criminal conduct he is admitting to fraud.

    1. These so-called asylum cities are committing acts of treason,
of course the immigrant in-pouring is politically motivated with the agenda of lowering wages, taking jobs (its not just cleaning houses anymore) disrupting society, causing racial and economic strife

    2. Comey faced either an induced and ultra-rapid form of cancer implantation or the dreaded heart attack machine that felled Andrew Breitbart.
What would YOU have done under similar circumstances but suck it up and deliver the goods attractively wrapped in whole cloth by the loving hands of Mrs. Clinton?

  6. Travesty… Our firemen aren’t burning books yet (à la Bradbury), but our terror investigators are likely carrying out the crimes they’re ostensibly here to prevent. So this is no surprise. Just one more weak soul crushed by lack of integrity. FBI can’t seem to get much of anything right these days. Must be pretty low morale all around.

    1. FBI has been implicated in many false flags. Like most agencies, there are secretive groups within the organization that just “do their thing” while other divisions have no clue.

So, when you talk FBI, you don’t know which of the separate entities within the organization are involved in various intrigues.

Like most government agencies, NOT to be trusted.

  7. While we are on the subject of organized crime figures and the Clintons I wish to remind people of the terrible massacre that transpired under the Clinton’s presidencies [sic],
Feb-March 1993 in which 82 men women and children were shot and burned alive,
this started a cascade of events leading to gun control and the depression of the Patriot Movement, along with False Flags such as the Oklahoma Bombing, which was an inside job by the same people who engineered 9/11,
remember the bomb squads pulled at least 2 CONVENTIONAL HIGH TECH UNEXPLODED BOMBS FROM THE RUBLE, and experts agree that the damage sustained could in no way be attributed to a diesel/nitrate IED

    1. Also just as a reminder of who the FBI really are take a look at the official response and callous disregard for the killing of Vicki Weaver, who was holding an infant in her arms at the time, when the FBI killer LON HORIUCHI shot her in the face, who is still awaiting trial (a real trial)
:Horiuchi’s comrades offered the same defense of the FBI sniper’s murderous actions at Ruby Ridge. By killing Vicki, he acted “to save lives,” insisted fellow FBI sniper Dale Monroe. Like the unnamed Iraqi woman, Vicki must be regarded as a hateful, irrational, marginally human creature who simply didn’t understand that when the Empire makes a proprietary claim on you and your family, it is not only a crime but a sin to resist.

        1. A small recap of the Weaver FBI murder/Lon Horiuchi at Ruby Ridge (Bush Sr. Presidency):
“On Aug. 21, 1992, U.S. marshals perpetrated a sneak attack on the mountain cabin of the Randy Weaver family in northern Idaho. When the family dog, Striker, a docile and loving golden retriever, began to bark at the agents, they shot him dead “because he was giving away our position,” one said later. Sammy Weaver, 14, saw the incident and screamed, and the agents nearly blew his arm off (the impact of which spun him around), and then zippered him through the back with a three-round blast from automatic weapons. The boy was dead before he hit the ground. His father, Randy, later told this writer that when he got to him, “his chest was blown out and his heart was like raw hamburger.”

The marshal directing the raid, Bill Degan, was also killed, maybe by his own men.

During the afternoon and night, all sorts of deceptive information was being transmitted from the scene to the FBI headquarters in Washington. The marshals, desperate after being caught in the act of breaking the law, had made up all kinds of cover-up stories—the most outrageous being that the Weaver family had them pinned down for eight hours in an all-day shootout in which Randy’s 16- and 10-year-old daughters had been holding them off with high-powered weapon fire from the windows of the cabin”

      1. You could go back to Gordon Caul. This was before Weaver. Essentially the same deal. Out and out murder.

I use that incident as a sort of “turning point” in American history. This is where they came to realize that they can get away with anything.

The sniper in the Weaver incident went on to Waco and other FBI operations. Anyone with half a brain can look at the evidence and see that most of the players in this should be in prison.

These over-the-top incidents are designed as object lessons. This is what happens to those who resist. That is why it is so important for those who plan to resist not to be public about it.

They do this sort of thing all the time. Whether it’s the Chechens in the Boston hoax, or some other “terrorist” that they dredge up, that’s how they operate. They went to Weaver and made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. He refused. The rest is history.

    2. Waco also had a compliant/complicit attorney general in JanJan Reno, another AG cut out of the same cloth as our dearly beloved Loretta Lynch. Reno, however, turned the tables on Bubba Clinton by insisting she be retained as AG, or else……she was going to spill some beans and ol’ Bubba backed down. Attorneys General at the national level have, over a period of years, been some of the more corrupt individuals in the entire government matrix. Lynch and Holder can keep their heads held high as they clearly fit into this select group of poltroons.

  8. If you’re under 50 you really need to read this. If you’re over 50, you lived through it, so share it with those under 50. Amazing to me how much I had forgotten!

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.

Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno. Husband, Bill, described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.

Husband, Bill, allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.

Apparently a slow learner, husband, Bill, allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.

Many younger voters will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.

Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House.

Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.

Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle were:

She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.

She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor.

After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr’s investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.

Hillary’s game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for ‘lying under oath’ to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.

Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.

After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.

Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next.
But to her loyal fans (supporters) – I guess in her own words “what difference does it make?” I guess being a female Democrat is all that matters. By the way, I’d post the same if she were a Republican. You see, she’s already been in the White House, she has a record we can review.
Hillary for prison 2016 would be a good start to help make America safe again!!! – check the facts.

  9. I don’t know anyone who set up a private server in their home. Doing so was clearly an intentional attempt to conceal her communications.

The State Department, headed by the Secretary of State, was – until about six months ago, responsible for developing propaganda videos. Because of so many failed productions, they are now produced by the Department of Defense.

If her e-mails became evidence in a criminal case, they would be considered to be public documents, and eventually FOIA’able. What would they reveal? Besides Benghazi lies, and pay to play influence peddling by the Clinton Foundation, we would get conversations regarding fake beheadings, fake ISIS, and a long series of gun grab mass shooting events. The DOJ was a full partner in those activities, which makes everything about the investigation and decision, to be a huge waste of time and money. My sympathies to those investigators who worked honestly and diligently to uncover the truth.

    1. While I think the email scandal is a felony offense I am surprised so many other topics re: Clinton crimes do not receive so much attention, murder/obstruction of justice Vince Foster, Waco, illegal money/Clinton Foundation, sex slaves, Drug running out of Mena Arkansas, etc.
I sometimes wonder if this subject isn’t being used to keep people from addressing the violent larger crimes of the Clintons

  10. Ha, ha. They just “flipped off” the whole country. And there they are, cheering. Wow. Stupid people need their own government.

The Clintons continue to run their cheap scams and the chumps continue to line up for more. If they can actually acquire support for someone as thoroughly unsuitable and unlikable as her, they may as well put a monkey in a man-suit. Oh, wait a minute. I think they’ve already done that.

    1. Lophatt…long time no see…how are you?

You sure are right about stupid! Why do people keep falling for these dog and pony shows? I hope Hillary never sees another accusation or charge against her for anything, because she enjoys too much the anger and resentment that Americans have towards her when she proves, once again, that our gangsta government will do whatever they please and there is nothing we can do to stop them. When will the light come on for the American people?

      1. I’m OK. It’s a long story. Maybe I’ll share it sometime.

You’re right. You can tell by the smug look on her face that she thoroughly enjoys “getting away” with the outrageous. Rules don’t apply to her (or him).

I’m afraid the answer to your question is, never. People would much rather believe a lie and keep hoping against hope for criminals to behave differently, than they are to take the necessary measures to remove them and govern themselves.

NONE, and I do mean “none”, of the current crop of mutts “running” for office give a fig about the citizens. A lot of people are finally coming to understand that. Yet, every day, I hear them asking the same old tired questions that they’ve had answered for them for years.

Asking your oppressor for mercy is not productive. Ignoring them and starting over just might be. As “Barry” points out in the other article, TV is all lies, period. Why watch your authorized crop of potential oppressors lie shamelessly day in and day out and expect something better?

Besides satisfying her socio-pathic nature, this latest round with “law enforcement” serves as a clear statement of immunity by those who would rule. It is backed up by legions of lying copy readers on TV who’s job it is to convince the slaves that this travesty is exciting and that they all “have a voice” in how they are oppressed.

None of it is true, of course. So whether its “Hilary Trump” or “Bernie Clinton” its all the same – garbage.

  11. One question the Congressional panel might ask Comey:

The FBI has used questionable tactics, like bribery, to entice mentally ill and clinically retarded, poor people into terrorist offenses in Chicago and elsewhere. These patsies who, in most cases, had no ability to carry out the terrorist offenses wholly cooked up by FBI schemes. They were later Prosecuted and went to prison. How could you [Comey]] say that no reasonable prosecutor could prosecute Clinton when her bad judgment was 100% her own doing and did leak classified information-a crime under Obama’s favorite law, to wit, the Espionage Act. She was in no way entrapped, and unlike the terror patsies, she has many privileges including a Yale Law School degree and having been a partner at a prestigious Little Rock law firm.

  12. I have a reading hangover and need a break! WikiLeaks has just released hundreds of Hillary’s e-mails, perhaps thousands. Who is Sidney Blumenthal? He writes as if he is her ‘behind the scenes’ guru – there are tons of creepy messages between the two. He even suggests that she get a bunch of retired generals, or perhaps Ex-CIA, to cry out jointly of their love for Islam (as a response to the outrage of the Mosque being built near the collapsed world trade center.) The most interesting e-mails are those with no subject on the in-box. Some messages are written in a coded fashion but are easy to follow.
