In a bombshell announcement, FBI Director James Comey accused former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton on Tuesday of having been “extremely careless” in handling
classified information on her private email server but recommended that she not face criminal charges.
“Although the Department of Justice makes final decisions on matters like this, we are expressing to Justice our view that no charges are appropriate in this case,” Comey said in a televised statement rom FBI headquarters. “Although there is evidence of potential violation of the statutes regarding the handling of classified information, our judgment is that no reasonable prosecutor would bring such a case.”
The announcement, which came hours before Clinton was to hold her first joint campaign rally with President Obama, did not quiet the political firestorm surrounding her decision to use a private server for her official work email during her time at the State Department.
Presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump immediately denounced the news on Twitter.

I think you are wrong here. Check out the many statements by Rudy Giuliani on this matter. He clarifies things very clearly. And, constant repetition by Viper Clinton signifies “criminal intent”. I mean, doing this thing over and over and over and over, does that NOT show total intent on the part of Hitlery? Too many good legal minds have shown intent via proxy methodology, it’s very clear these “errors in judgment” were done on purpose. Obama’s defense of his former Sec’y is pathetic, hackneyed, and as usual without the Prompter, totally mucked up. The man cannot speak without somebody putting the words inside his brain. And, as many have said, there are no records of his matriculation at Occidental, Columbia, and the Harvard Law School. The man is an enormous Impostor. I’m not saying it isn’t still a campaign issue. Comey, former DA of Manhattan, former Deputy AG of the U.S., made a judgment call in saying this was not a winnable LEGAL case. Giuliani believes it is a winnable case. I’m not a lawyer, and I can’t rationally estimate which lawyers are more right or wrong. This is part of the problem, when people in the general public weigh in on the meanings of laws without having any training or credential qualifying them to do so. Law is complex and nuanced, not something you can determine by “vox populi”.
I read the statutes people have been frantically cutting and pasting in support of their unqualified opinions. When I looked up the legal definition of “gross negligence”, to me it DOES require provable intent. Therefore gross negligence and extreme carelessness are not on the same level legally TO ME. But I admit I could be wrong, because I have no expertise qualified by training.
If the crime of 9/11 wasn’t investigated ,the perps not prosecuted, the missing 2.3 trillion Rummy said was missing not looked into? if the new admin coming in, wouldn’t prosecute the corrupt admin going out, then the new admin could allegedly capture the most wanted man in the world and dump him in the drink with no evidence, then seal team six could be smudged and then on top of these crooked bricks , more to follow, setting a world policy built with more crooked bricks, well… why be surprised ?

People do claim there is 42 deaths attributed to Clinton’s but I can’t verify that.

FBI has been implicated in many false flags. Like most agencies, there are secretive groups within the organization that just “do their thing” while other divisions have no clue.
So, when you talk FBI, you don’t know which of the separate entities within the organization are involved in various intrigues.

The marshal directing the raid, Bill Degan, was also killed, maybe by his own men.

I use that incident as a sort of “turning point” in American history. This is where they came to realize that they can get away with anything.
The sniper in the Weaver incident went on to Waco and other FBI operations. Anyone with half a brain can look at the evidence and see that most of the players in this should be in prison.
These over-the-top incidents are designed as object lessons. This is what happens to those who resist. That is why it is so important for those who plan to resist not to be public about it.
They do this sort of thing all the time. Whether it’s the Chechens in the Boston hoax, or some other “terrorist” that they dredge up, that’s how they operate. They went to Weaver and made him an offer he couldn’t refuse. He refused. The rest is history.
Waco also had a compliant/complicit attorney general in JanJan Reno, another AG cut out of the same cloth as our dearly beloved Loretta Lynch. Reno, however, turned the tables on Bubba Clinton by insisting she be retained as AG, or else……she was going to spill some beans and ol’ Bubba backed down. Attorneys General at the national level have, over a period of years, been some of the more corrupt individuals in the entire government matrix. Lynch and Holder can keep their heads held high as they clearly fit into this select group of poltroons.

When Bill Clinton was president, he allowed Hillary to assume authority over health care reform. Even after threats and intimidation, she couldn’t even get a vote in a democratic controlled congress. This fiasco cost the American taxpayers about $13 million in cost for studies, promotion, and other efforts.
Then President Clinton gave Hillary authority over selecting a female attorney general. Her first two selections were Zoe Baird and Kimba Wood – both were forced to withdraw their names from consideration. Next she chose Janet Reno. Husband, Bill, described her selection as “my worst mistake.” Some may not remember that Reno made the decision to gas David Koresh and the Branch Davidian religious sect in Waco, Texas resulting in dozens of deaths of women and children.
Husband, Bill, allowed Hillary to make recommendations for the head of the Civil Rights Commission. Lani Guanier was her selection. When a little probing led to the discovery of Ms. Guanier’s radical views, her name had to be withdrawn from consideration.
Apparently a slow learner, husband, Bill, allowed Hillary to make some more recommendations. She chose former law partners Web Hubbel for the Justice Department, Vince Foster for the White House staff, and William Kennedy for the Treasury Department. Her selections went well: Hubbel went to prison, Foster (presumably) committed suicide, and Kennedy was forced to resign.
Many younger voters will have no knowledge of “Travelgate.” Hillary wanted to award unfettered travel contracts to Clinton friend Harry Thompson – and the White House Travel Office refused to comply. She managed to have them reported to the FBI and fired. This ruined their reputations, cost them their jobs, and caused a thirty-six month investigation. Only one employee, Billy Dale was charged with a crime, and that of the enormous crime of mixing personal and White House funds. A jury acquitted him of any crime in less than two hours.
Still not convinced of her ineptness, Hillary was allowed to recommend a close Clinton friend, Craig Livingstone, for the position of Director of White House security. When Livingstone was investigated for the improper access of about 900 FBI files of Clinton enemies (Filegate) and the widespread use of drugs by White House staff, suddenly Hillary and the president denied even knowing Livingstone, and of course, denied knowledge of drug use in the White House.
Following this debacle, the FBI closed its White House Liaison Office after more than thirty years of service to seven presidents.
Next, when women started coming forward with allegations of sexual harassment and rape by Bill Clinton, Hillary was put in charge of the scandal defense. Some of her more notable decisions in the debacle were:
She urged her husband not to settle the Paula Jones lawsuit. After the Starr investigation they settled with Ms. Jones.
She refused to release the Whitewater documents, which led to the appointment of Ken Starr as Special Prosecutor.
After $80 million dollars of taxpayer money was spent, Starr’s investigation led to Monica Lewinsky, which led to Bill lying about and later admitting his affairs.
Hillary’s game plan resulted in Bill losing his license to practice law for ‘lying under oath’ to a grand jury and then his subsequent impeachment by the House of Representatives.
Hillary avoided indictment for perjury and obstruction of justice during the Starr investigation by repeating, “I do not recall,” “I have no recollection,” and “I don’t know” a total of 56 times while under oath.
After leaving the White House, Hillary was forced to return an estimated $200,000 in White House furniture, china, and artwork that she had stolen.
Now we are exposed to the destruction of possibly incriminating emails while Hillary was Secretary of State and the “pay to play” schemes of the Clinton Foundation – we have no idea what shoe will fall next.
But to her loyal fans (supporters) – I guess in her own words “what difference does it make?” I guess being a female Democrat is all that matters. By the way, I’d post the same if she were a Republican. You see, she’s already been in the White House, she has a record we can review.

I don’t know anyone who set up a private server in their home. Doing so was clearly an intentional attempt to conceal her communications.
The State Department, headed by the Secretary of State, was – until about six months ago, responsible for developing propaganda videos. Because of so many failed productions, they are now produced by the Department of Defense.
If her e-mails became evidence in a criminal case, they would be considered to be public documents, and eventually FOIA’able. What would they reveal? Besides Benghazi lies, and pay to play influence peddling by the Clinton Foundation, we would get conversations regarding fake beheadings, fake ISIS, and a long series of gun grab mass shooting events. The DOJ was a full partner in those activities, which makes everything about the investigation and decision, to be a huge waste of time and money. My sympathies to those investigators who worked honestly and diligently to uncover the truth.
While I think the email scandal is a felony offense I am surprised so many other topics re: Clinton crimes do not receive so much attention, murder/obstruction of justice Vince Foster, Waco, illegal money/Clinton Foundation, sex slaves, Drug running out of Mena Arkansas, etc.

I’m afraid the answer to your question is, never. People would much rather believe a lie and keep hoping against hope for criminals to behave differently, than they are to take the necessary measures to remove them and govern themselves.
NONE, and I do mean “none”, of the current crop of mutts “running” for office give a fig about the citizens. A lot of people are finally coming to understand that. Yet, every day, I hear them asking the same old tired questions that they’ve had answered for them for years.

I have a reading hangover and need a break! WikiLeaks has just released hundreds of Hillary’s e-mails, perhaps thousands. Who is Sidney Blumenthal? He writes as if he is her ‘behind the scenes’ guru – there are tons of creepy messages between the two. He even suggests that she get a bunch of retired generals, or perhaps Ex-CIA, to cry out jointly of their love for Islam (as a response to the outrage of the Mosque being built near the collapsed world trade center.) The most interesting e-mails are those with no subject on the in-box. Some messages are written in a coded fashion but are easy to follow.
