British policy in its colonies often involved the creation of deviant sects, in order to Divide and Conquer, as was the case with the Ahmadiyya sect of Islam in India in the nineteenth century.
The details of this conspiracy are outlined in a little known document by the name of The Memoirs of Mr. Hempher published in series (episodes) in the German paper Spiegel, and later in a prominent French paper. A Lebanese doctor translated the document to the Arabic language and from there on it was translated to English and other languages.
The document is a first-hand account by Hempher of his mission for his government, which sent him to the Middle East to discover ways to undermine the Ottoman Empire. Among the vices the British were to promote were racism and nationalism, alcohol, gambling, fornication and tempting Muslim women to uncover themselves.
But most important was the strategy to “insert heresies into Muslims’ creedal tenets and then criticize Islam for being a religion of terror.” To this purpose, Hempher located a particularly corrupt individual by the name of Mohammed Ibn Adbul Wahhab.

I think David Livingston ceased to trust the story about Hempher. Both regarding the existence of Hempher and the chronology regarding the central figure in the account about wahabism. However Livingstone later cites another figure with an arabic name who was supposed to be in collusion with the British and played a role of interest in this context.
Further Robert Dreyfuss has written a very revealing book Hostage of Khomeini (1980) with a lot about the British plot against Islam.

As per Mathis and pics of Bikini Atoll, it was supposedly blown to bits by an atomic blast. I believe it was ten years later and the locals moved back on it and began farming and fishing. The “atomic bombs” people “witnessed” in early tests, well, for one thing, they were told to either turn their backs to the explosion, or wear dense, black glasses to protect their eyes. I read Bjerknes book a couple of years ago and am familiar with what he thinks. It is of interest as part of scientific history however Bjerknes is driven by wrath and doesnt understand the science to the necessary depth. That makes it harder for him to judge the relative importance of the details he brings up. If you had read my comment attentively you would have noted that I already covered those cases of conjuring up the formula without proof. What was missing was the recognition that time is stretched out when there is a relative motion and that makes all the difference in the world when you derive the result from the laws of mechanics.
Einstein, was like you have noted, not mathematically skilled in comparison with his peers, but mathematicians are interested in the math nomatter what the application, while E had intuition for physics and interpreted the known facts in a novel manner. Those who discovered and tried to make sense of the so called Lorentz transformation wanted to preserve absolute time and therefore weren’t bold enough to draw the necessary conclusion. Once it had been published the leading scientists recognized his qualities. Max Planck wasnt stupid but lesser minds still didnt get it twenty years later.

This comment claimed to have the full identity and background of Dr. Eowyn of FellowshipOfTheMinds blog. It contained what was somewhat like a curriculum vitae or resume and the long posting contained several links to source sites.
I went back an hour or so later as I decided I should copy that comment and research it but it was no longer posted.
I can only recall a few points about the posting but it started with a sentence, my very rough paraphrase, with an accusatory tone asking a rhetorical question about accepting Dr. Eowyn as a reliable source for information as she has a record of having made presentations at more than one counter intelligence conferences of branches of the U.S. Military. The implication appeared to be that Dr. Eowyn is some kind of high level government disinformation agent.
This are my very sketchy memories of my having briefly scanned the original posting one time.
Her real name is Maria ____[Asian Name]___Chang
She has all of her degrees including her Ph.D. from UCLA Berkeley.
She is an expert on Asian / Eastern studies as best I can remember and is originally from Hong Kong, but apparently has spent most of her life in USA.
She has several publications but did not see that she is a professor at any institution.
I think Emmanuel Goldstein’s [EG] posting on JamesFetzer.blogspot.com have not been allowed for several months but this one slipped through to actual posting because I guess the moderator was not watching site closely. I do not know how long the EG posting was there.
I searched around using relevant word searches to see if I could validate any of EG’s posting but I absolutely found nothing. The posting appeared to be legitimate but it seems odd that I could find nothing. It is quite possible that Emmanuel Goldstein is an expert at constructing false information pieces.
As far as I am concerned Dr. Eowyn has a stellar record in consistently posting high quality information. I do not find it absolutely necessary to have a person’s real name, though it does seem to be more important to me as time goes on. (I have posted on MHB one time with my real name, several times as so on other times, and my real name can be found in about 15 seconds on the web.)
I do not know how we can ever determine for sure who anyone’s real name is, but I guess it can be done with good computer skills.
That is all I have for this FreeFormFriday XIII. I find it irrelevant to comment on the presidential election or other matters as I personally think we are in the last days and the conspiracy is one that has been operating for many centuries. It is good that we have shined the light of truth on so many false event. But all that really matters is where our eternal souls eternally reside and that depends on our every thought, word and deed.

Eustace Mullins spoke of the project of creating a world govt/oligarchy for many years before it became more commonly known. He did believe that the persons at the bottom of the project are Jews. That doesn’t make him a Nazi. Eustace visited Ezra Pound, the poet, where he was interned as a mental patient– supposedly actually for political reasons. I’m familiar with Mullins introduction to Pounds experiences and I know Mullins did original research regarding the banksters. But he was young when Pound became his mentor and he wasnt privy of all Pounds connections. Have you digested the points Mathis made about Pound being seemingly raised to importance by influential people?

If Mathis account is correct that might have been the case with Pound. When he ended up in the asylum, Mathis contends, he gives critics of bankers and jews a connotation of being insane. Not worth listening to.
I have no certain opinion but I’m willing to give Mathis interpretation the benefit of a doubt. If Mathis is right Pound may have been playing a role.
But this doesnt mean he didnt hold the views he communicated to Mullins. There are many examples of double-natured people playing important roles for duping the majority. I smoked a pack of cigarettes a day for 23 years and quit overnight vaping. It’s called kratom. It has a collection of alkaloids that includes opioids, as well as stimulants, coupled with a low potential for abuse. Excuse me, but I don’t think you want to INJECT a bolus of vitamin C intravenously. Your body maintains a tight pH balance. You could use an intravenous slow-drip.
Sodium Ascorbate avoids the acidic problem, while still having the same beneficial effect. A slow drip is also an effective remedy for many illnesses that are not critical emergencies. After either one, most people report feeling fantastic.
And yes, Polio was cured in 60 patients by Dr. Fred Klenner using up to 32 gram injections of ascorbate, including one girl who as already flaccid below the waist.

I’m so happy you’re gonna try the kratom. I think the variety pack is a smart way to go; you can see what works for you. Even the stimulant kinds provide pain relief, if that’s what you’re looking for.
Like similar natural substances, kratom is so much safer and cheaper than pharmaceuticals. It gives control back to the individual. It’s like part of a People’s Pharmacy that can used instead of allopathic remedies. This is inherited knowledge that should belong to everyone.
I don’t know what company you are using, but the best company I’ve found for freshness, price and delivery is Kwik Kratom. It’s in Florida, which is too bad as there’s a full on push to get it banned in that state. Doesn’t Florida have a high rate of addiction, “hillbilly heroin” and such? Like I said, too bad.
There’s one thing you might want to keep in mind. Opioids often cause nausea in persons with no tolerance to them. This happened to me. With kratom, it goes away after several uses as an (unnoticeable) tolerance is acquired. What worked for me in this initial period were over-the-counter motion sickness medications like Dramamine, Benedryl, and meklizine. The allergy antihistamine medicine called Diphenhydramine can be used as well. Just take a normal dose of the OTC med an hour before you take the kratom.

Most hypotheses of a flat Earth are not worthy of much attention. At any rate, we all use the flat Earth model all the time in our everyday activities. It is only when long distances (typically beyond 100 km, maybe 10 km on a calm ocean) are considered that the curvature starts to impose minute corrections.
As such, flat Earth fanatics deserve more scientific respect and less scorn than 9/11 fanatics. The former’s theory is compatible with ordinary life, while the latter are obviously terribly wrong when they summarily dismiss as irrelevant the video record of Building 7.

Sunaj57, Your analysis is corect. Discredit existence of an actual conspiracy by making up a nutty, untrue one. Easiest way to discredit flat earth: The idea rests on certain visual observations & all assume that water is always flat. Obviously water is curved on the planet due to gravity.
They tried to discredit SandyHook, too– they planned to discredit investigators in advance. Here’s what they did. They had Wheeler play the part of a swat/FBI man. He acted squirrely as if to avoid being photographed. His “uniform” was unlike the others. Then, to be absolutely sure he was recognized, a photo of him and other security was used on cover or front page of FIVE media. But before using the photo, they altered the EARLOBE of Wheeler in the photo. Since he’s wearing sunglasses and a helmet, this change is enough to “discredit” the internet video that identifies him.
I think that flat earth is way more valid than spinning ball earth. It only takes simple math to realize that we can see much further than we could if we were on a ball 25,000 miles in circumference. When you factor in the ridiculous lies of NASA and the lack of real photos of the ball earth, plus thenatural properties of water (always maintains a level…not a curve)..flat earth is not to be dismissed just because it puts you firmly in crazytown. Sara, you are being foolish. Water certainly doesn’t retain the shape of a plane (perfectly flat). Why the effect of the MOON’s gravity on it causes it to deform enough to produce tides. An El Nino occurs when the trade winds change from West to East to blow in the opposite direction. When this occurs the water stacks up a foot or two deeper against the continents to the East of CA. Now if the wind, and the weak gravity of the moon can deform the water, don’t you think our own much stronger gravity can? Take a half-bowl of water & lightly swirl it; the edges will rise up from that tiny bit of centrifugal force. Water obviously responds to gravity; that’s what lets you take a shower.
Over water you can see about 3 miles. Where is the inconsistency with the circumference of earth being 25,000 mi?
If you watch a ship disappear at sea, it doesn’t only get smaller & smaller; it also drops DOWN over the horizon.
A plane, at altitude over the ocean, lets you SEE the curvature on a clear day.

You actually can see much further than 3 miles over water. Sometimes up to 100 miles depending on the clarity of the day. This is described by John Dean The Conscience of a Conservative. I have another friend with the same problem but he is nicer about it and asks me to mention any developments or analysis about Sandy Hook in particular. He has a friend who has a friend who supposedly lost a child a SH, and he even went to a funeral, so my friend’s belief system has been overwhelmed with a real life situation about a false situation. The other problem is that people don’t read history enough, and certainly not these two, or they would automatically know that people are expendable to governments and they are criminal based with fluff in the form of art and culture.

Gary, regarding your question, you would think we wd be able to prove that Sandy Hook School was closed, but often the plans for hoax like this are long-standing so that no newspaper announcement of the closing took place. Many p wd know of course: neighbors, firemen from nearby firehouse. But proof is hard to come by. Here’s a few things that are highly suggestive: Not a single bit of internet traffic from school, no announcements fo any functions there, not listed on shool list for newcomers to town, even a few shots of the parking lot showing it to be empty on at least a few school days. There are even photos supposedly of the inside showing it to have been used for office-type storage.
Years ago the place had asbestos and mold which required remediation, but these were never done. Surely the board of education cd be required to give sworn statements concerning identities of all the teachers & students & substantiating that the school was open. Who are the bus drivers who claim to have driven there; what route did they drive? To what schools were surviving Sandy Hook students re-enrolled? Were there add’l teachers hired there? Sill personnel there affirm the presence of transferred students? Does the budget show transfer of tax funds from Sandy Hook? But all of this is difficult to acquire if FOIA is not honored. Can you think of any way to prove or compel statements from local or State Bd of Education? Right after lots of p tried to go in and ask questions, but were diverted by police.
If it really happened it wd be snap to supply all the proof requested. The fact that they won’t confirms it’s phoney. But proof?

Larry Nichols has been speaking out for several years. At some point, he just got totally disgusted with the Clintons and his own complicity with their evil games. I do not know what made that turning point happen, but I believe he is a sincere man.
He has terminal cancer, of the throat I think. Was probably a heavy smoker. He wants to do penance so to speak. He wants to make amends for his former evil deeds. He has nothing to lose at this point so he tells all.
He said on that interview of him I posted that he hates to ask people for money but Greg Hunter insisted on helping out on that and Hunter helped with the links. Nichols always gives out his real home address in Conway Arkansas and his real phone number and his email address.
He is going for broke in working to NOT LET KILLARY get elected. This man has watched that witch’s evil deeds for at least twenty years. I remember years ago he was saying how when Chelsea was a little girl, it was Bill who took care of her and paid attention to her. Killary had little to do with her child. Not having that mother around her growing up was probably a big boon to Chelsea’s wellbeing.
In that interview by Greg Hunter he said that he had gotten a lot of people to contact their congress critters and the top party operatives and threaten them that if they mess with vote counting and do not let Trump get all of which he is deserving, that they will expose and raise the riot act all of the place and do whatever they can to make sure that congress member never gets elected again nor hold any government job at all. That campaign was very successful and “the gang” stop messin with Trump’s votes and delegates and such, so Nichols is weilding quite a bit of power.
Nichols claims he has more dirt or ammunition on Killary and Bill that he has not used yet but he will use it at the appropriate time. He said other people also are holding some damning facts about Killary and Bill and they will use them at strategic times.
Nichols said he has really no idea if Trump wins if he will carry out on his campaign promises but he said with Killary, we know one hundred percent what we would get and it is total evil bad news on Americans and the world. He said at least we know Trump MIGHT try to do what he says he will do and at least we have a MIGHT on which to justify voting and voting for Trump.
I am undecided about voting but if I do I will vote for Trump. Even if Trump is a good candidate and may try to do right, there is the cabal that won’t have a bit of that, so Trump would get a little trip to Dallas and that would be the end of him.
I posted Protocol 10 of the Learned Elders of Zion to show the very real possibility that “THEY” may already have the outcome of the presidential election all sewed up. We need to take that real possibility into account.

I am a former breeder of Rottweilers. I had two big females. Once my son was about 11 years old, one night he ran out of the shower and said dad the rotts are killing somebody in the back yard. I ran out back and they were gone. My daughter came out and said dad a guy ran up the street and got into his car after jumping the fence. He was looking at his leg and going oh my God help me!
My son said the little female locked onto his leg and drug him down, then the big one straddled his chest (most likely to keep the little one from killing him) she was like that. He finally got loose and jumped the fence.
My son said I told you there was I guy now and then feeding them hamburger over the fence. He though he could steal them, oh what a surprise he had.
I don’t trust pits however, they are hard to control. Our pilot in Yuma bought a young one. I walked into his house one day after work and it locked onto to my boot. I said Howard if you want this dog, get him off my boot!
One day that pit busted through the screen door and was about to attack a teenage girl walking just before he called her back.
Another guy I worked with bragged about his pit until once day he locked onto to his three year old son’s face.
A certain percentage of large dogs typically pit bulls, shepherds etc. have the propensity for uncontrolled rage with certain triggers,
as a pit owner I think the pit bulls get a bad rap, not for the damage they do because they are very powerful animals, more like shredders-but they actually have a better record than many other common breeds,
an owner should know and be able to size up a pit bull,
I also would have no compunction putting certain pits down,

I’m visiting the area now, and I was incensed as I sat on the beach on the first day and watched several jets deliberately criss-crossing the sky at right angles, pouring out chemicals over my beloved lake and the rest of the High Sierra. When I lived here, the environmental concern was that the water would become less clear because of development. Well, the water is still clear, and the official environmental concern now is that Tahoe will end as we know it because of climate change.
Not much official concern about the chemical pollution coming from the sky. There are local, grass-roots activists tracking the chemtrail activity here and making noise, but they get about as much credence as any other truther.

Modern jet engines are said to produce a billion tiny particles per cubic cm. They can be among other things soot and soot covered with sulphur(dioxide?) the latter apparently more effective for producing contrails. And modern engines are much more efficient so the particles are much smaller. Therefore they are transparent to sunlight and this means the sun doesnt cause them to be heated. Old engines produced bigger soot particles, which got hotter.
This argument for longer lasting contrails from modern engines needs to be refuted before Widingtons theses that everything we see is deliberate chemtrailing, unless those abovementioned exhaust particles are proven to be deliberately caused by something other than unavoidable limits to effective combustion.
Clean means smaller amounts of exhausts by weight not necessarily in terms of producing contrails. Now dont go ahead and question my sincerity, instead use it to ask more discerning questions.
For instance why is there sulphur in the fuel? Is it too expensive to remove it? Why do modern engines produce so many tiny particles?
Is combustion technology no better?
I see chemtrails, but I don’t understand why the elite would poison the air. Don’t they breathe it too, along with their families?
Real chemtrails, probably not what you see(?) may be military additions to the athmosphere to bend radiowaves so their radar can see beyond the horizon. Or for weathercontrol to augment absorption of emf to heat and evaporate the cloud layers etc. Or for climate cooling or heating.
But since ordinary jet engines appear to produce enormous quantities of tiny particles there may be a quasistatic backround of nanoparticle dust most everywhere, since there is a natural mixing.
Maybe this means even clean exhausts might produce contrails.

Maybe this means you are saying that even dirty exhausts might produce the things we see that we call chemtrails, but are simply contrails.

I would say that the content and the purpose of chemtrails may bode well for all humans, but not in direct poisoning of us kind of ways. Also, the real elites are evildoers operating from their master, Satan, and they don’t care a rat’s pitoody about their families of what is for the common good. In fact, they do not value human life at all, they only care about controlling all and controlling the world. At bottom they are nihilistic and are crazy to ultimately destroy all, even themselves.
Yes dirty exhausts might just produce ordinary contrails, but older engine types were way dirtier only the hypothesis is that the dust was more coarse grained so sunlight would be completely absorbed and thus heating the dust so the contrails would evaporate much faster.
I didnt say the military did anything benign. I said Widington takes it too far by claiming modern jet engines cant produce (lasting) contrails.
And I pointed to two reasons for such contrails: the smallness of the ‘cleaner’ exhaust particles less affected by solar (or sky) heating and perhaps a quasistatic background of dust from the whole fleet of airliner’s which would provide condensation or sublimation seeds even for a completely clean exhaust. Of course such a background might play a role in military applications but that’s just speculation on my part.
But I also saw reason for posing questions about the true nature of the modern engines. I even saw numbers like 10000 times more particles per cubic cms than the already high count of one billion particles/cm3
Is that really the state of the art or is that a deliberate move not dependent of technological limitations.

The Allen belts only contribute a minor part of the radiation they will be subjected to during a Mars mission which is the real challenge for Nasa. By focusing on the Allen belts while actually seeking protection functioning during the longer and more unpredictable parts of the journey they provide the impression that once you get passed a finite barrier you’re saved. This has a positive psychological effect assuming they really intend to go to Mars with real human astronauts.
The Allen belts but even more the occassionally very deadly solar bursts in interplanetary space probably contributed to the hesitance about going to the moon. But the real obstacle was that the rocket engines weren’t capable of handling the necessary high rate of mass cast out from the nozzles. The enclosure was destroyed by the chaotic combustion situation. The real booster for Apollo11 travelled much slower than according to the official data and that means there was no chance they could have lifted the necessary payload.
But space science for the empire is mostly about military applications and they never felt any real need for that kind of rushed prestige projects other than for the prestige.

You’re neither buying nor listening. We dont differ concerning solar burst. Neither do we differ about them never having travelled beyond LEO, if they travelled at all. The subtleties you fail to touch is the cumulative uptake of doseage. van Allen was the one to bring the subject to prominance but also the one to contradict those who interpreted his written account as proving the unfeasibilty of manned spacetravel through the belts.
The belts dont surround the earth blocking every possible path. van Allen and NASA obviously took that into account when they planned the path. There is a detailed calculation for the accumulated doseage for that path by Braeunig.

So in that particular case he really exposes himself to scrutiny, a good sign of honest intent.

In mhb it is commonly the case that we suspect hidden motives. I suspect that robotic space travel is what they lean towards. If so they wont mind expanding a bit on the downside of manned space travel.

This discussion is about the brief passage through the van Allen belts, remember, not about the general difficulties of manned space travel, where we have no obvious differences.
And I tried invain to explain the basics of radiation doseage. But then you begin ranting about taking it up with NASA who you dont trust anyway.
What regards the rest of the trip there was a risk of being exposed to a solar burst but even without that the mere stay on the Moon would have been unpleasant. There is information about ordinary cosmic radiation causing neutron showers from the lunar surface. I dont know how they measured it, perhaps from orbiting satellites.

Why do we not at least fully consider the woman shown at

Even Ken O’Keefe who is otherwise an astute and honest investigator and commentator automatically accept this unidentified woman as the real deal.
Whenever we want to try to investigate the true day-to-day identify, life and history of a crisis actor BEFORE AND AFTER a false event, any false event, we always come up with only big zeros.
Where is the unidentified woman of 9-11 who ostensibly busted the “dancing Israelis” today? How long had she lived in that apartment from which she recorded license plates and called the police?
Why do we have to accept certain people and their testimony at face value and keep pointing to them as the honest key people who told the whole truth about the event.
Same goes for the Jersey Girls. Where are they today? Could a neighbor come forward and say the Jersey Girl actually lived next door with their husband who was killed and that they knew them? So many questions that could be asked if we take for truth that each Jersey Girl, indeed each and every person we regard as crisis actors, was the individual as presented to us in the media, including widely in the alternative media.
I just see a glaring inconsistency in regarding some people right off as crisis actors and likewise regarding certain people as the real deal.
In my mind there could be a crafty intelligent reason why the plotters of 9-11 would find it useful to their lying ways to give a hint that the Israelis and the Mossad were definitely involved in 9-11. But be aware that that “hint” is crafted in such a way as to ultimately exonerate, or at least convey to us that they are our rulers and just suck it up, that the “good Israelis and the good Mossad and the good Jews” are above investigation and the rule of law.

This is particularly amazing in the case of the chief engineers: very few engineers had enough competence, experience and energy to successfully lead the largest controlled demolitions in history. A skilled investigator would identify them with a very moderate amount of work.
Accordingly, analysts who experience a drive to name names of principal 9/11 actors could simply organize this easy research.
Of course, the context of the “who did 9/11” question is that the most dangerous 9/11 conspirators are not the chief architects of the preparation, execution and cover-up of the false flag, but the chief architects of the 9/11 censorship, the breathtakingly huge and remarkably effective process that makes socialists, Muslims, university professors, pacifists and “rogue” potentates ignore 9/11 Truth. Thank you for being the one person on this blog who at least thinks what I presented deserves deeper thought.
I personally could see a mountain of data that would point the accusatory finger at the JIMZ, and I guess I was frustrated that we could never come up with any solid looking evidence or data that would slam-dunk the JIMZ culpability. So when the dancing Israels meme miraculously presented itself many 9-11 truthseekers were glad to have some real meat to glom on to and continually site as “proof” the JIMZ were heavily involved.
For myself, I always had a gnawing feeling that it was just all to convenient. The caught dancing Israeli Mosad culprit guys were just too easily “caught” and turned in and then released to be on TV in Israel braggin on their feat. That unidentified woman in the video is the person who set up this whole little 9-11 sub-plot. The blatancy and in-your-faceness of this whole story just sets off my fake-o-meter bigtime.
All of our work trying to prove that a person is or is not a crisis actor, from any false event, is very deficient and almost thrown completely out the window, if we accept our “investigation” and “objective evaluation” of this woman as a crisis actor. We too easily bit the bait on this one, in my opinion.
The JIMZ as main perps in 9-11 is still an important hypothesis in my mind and it was dealt a serious death blow by the way this whole dancing Israelis thing was treated.

my initial thesis was the utter improbability of sending a man to the moon, walk on the moon, blast off from the surface, reunite with the orbiting space craft and safely return to earth-all the while entering and leaving the deadly Van Allen Belts in an aluminum foil thick spacecraft, all with 1960’s technology-

Natural background radiation dose per year~0.003J/kg in the Us according to wiki
(In 75 years that means 0.23J/kg)
Nuclear industry workers maximum allowed yearly dose 0.05J/kg
Acute radiation sickness for 0.25 J/kg
Lets assume the intensity of radiation in the worst part of the belts is 10000 times more than natural background and that they spend 15 minutes in that part then the dose is 10000 times more due to intensity but about 35000 times less due to the shorter time.
10000/35000~1/3
Altogether we get an increase by less than 1/3 of the yearly background.
15 minutes at 11km/s ~ 10000km meaning they escape the worst part.
The whole dose is obtained by adding the dose from the rest of the path.
If they wanted to orbit the earth within the belts in a stationary situation it would be a different matter. In one year the dose would then be 30J/kg. In two months they would get 5J/kg ie death would be unavoidable. In about a week or less they would experience acute radiation sickness

I have that kind of educational background and have no difficulty in following the linked argument. I havent studied the source documents with the detailed radiation map for the van Allen belts but I see no reason to doubt Breunig about that since for most of his debunking he doesnt show anything quantitative. It is exceptional that he brings forth so much detail about the belts so he’s got to be sure in that case.
But that notwithstanding you are stubborn like a mule and are seemingly completely blind to the comparatively simple basic idea that you have to multiply by the concerned TIME INTERVAL. von Braun wasnt interested in the moon, he already had a fullfletched Mars project in I think 1953.
In a previous comment I gave you some quantitative comparisons for different time spans of exposure to radiation showing how 15 minutes might be ok while several months in the same environment would mean a certain death. In case of a Mars trip the numbers would be different but the effect of the time span would be equally grave.
Von Braun planned for ten huge spaceships and for to have them assembled in an orbiting space station. Since we know the booster rocket never worked according to official specs we may conclude that von Brauns approach using a spacestation and many successive launches would have had a much better chance for success. For the Moon without the intermediary of a space station, he estimated a much bigger rocket (8 times heavier) but that was over a decade before Apollo. And Apollo was mostly a prestige trip if it had been carried out. von Braun wanted more scientific value and hence a heavier payload was needed appart from matters of engine technology.
