Dr. Suzanne Humphries explains how today’s notion of “informed consent” concerning the practice of vaccination is really “manufactured consent,” a consequence she traces to a $10 billion initiative by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that has enabled the World Health Organization to vastly reshape public sentiment toward vaccination and public health.
Manufactured consent has involved a vigorous ten year public relations effort centering on vaccine promotion and active suppression of any views running counter to this central propaganda campaign.
“You would think, as with other medical procedures,” Dr. Humphries explains,
that solid science would be at the core of patient information and consent. The reality is that the choices you make medically have never been on the basis of informed consent … In 1997 the World Health Organization formulated a strategy which was put into a book called, The Strategic Plan, which laid out a map to completely change the way people thought about vaccines. The plan had key points, which were used in the media to structure messages that changed public opinion to co-opt or persuade key opinion people in all levels of society–medical, lay and entertainment–to get pro-vaccine spokespeople at every level saying one message, and one message only.
CHD NOTE: In early May 2019, Politico Magazine published an article written by three of Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.’s relatives, criticizing his advocacy for safe vaccines. After numerous requests, Politico magazine has refused to publish his response.

Three of my Kennedy relatives recently published an article criticizing my advocacy for safe vaccines. Our contentious family dispute highlights the fierce national donnybrook over vaccinations that has divided communities and raised doubts about the Democratic Party’s commitment to some of its defining values: abhorrence of censorship, wariness toward excessive corporate power, support for free speech, religious freedom, and personal sovereignty over our bodies, and the rights of citizens (codified in the Nuremberg Code and other treaties to which we are signatories) to decline unwanted government-mandated medical interventions. The debate has also raised questions about the independence of our press and its role as a champion of free speech, and First Amendment rights as a bulwark against overreaching by government and corporations.
I love my family and sympathize with their anxieties when I call out government officials for corruption. The Kennedys have a long, close, and continuing relationship with public health agencies so it is understandably difficult for us to believe that powerful regulators would lie about vaccines. “All issues are simple,” the saw goes, “until you study them.”
I’ve arrived at my skepticism after 15 years spent researching and litigating this issue. I have watched financial conflicts and institutional self-interest transform key sectors of our public health bureaucracies into appendages of the very pharmaceutical companies that Congress charged them to regulate.
Multiple investigations by Congress and the HHS Inspector General have consistently found that an overwhelming majority of the FDA officials directly charged with licensing vaccines, and the CDC officials who effectively mandate them for children, have personal financial entanglements with vaccine manufacturers. These public servants are often shareholders in, grant recipients from, and paid consultants to vaccine manufacturers, and, occasionally, patent holders of the very vaccines they vote to approve. Those conflicts motivate them to recommend ever more vaccines with minimal support from evidence-based science.
The US Congress and numerous state legislatures are in the process of making laws to institute “mandatory vaccination” on both children and adults. At the same time state governments are rolling back protections guaranteeing informed consent, a cornerstone of modern medicine.
Such measures are especially concerning because many vaccines have been found to be unsafe if not deadly, particularly for children. Because since pharmaceutical companies are immune from liability, they have little incentive to ensure vaccines are uniformly safe.
Those of who are in their mid-40s or older recall that measles was once a “right of passage” in childhood: After one suffered through the malady for a few days Mother Nature imparted us with lifelong immunity–minus the health hazard and threat of permanent injury vaccine products pose. Chicken pox, another common yet non-life threatening condition often experienced while young, was often mentioned in the same breath as measles.
This author recalls a time when as a grade-schooler he spent weekdays after school with a family in the neighborhood, as both parents worked. Two of their five children were about my age, and we all attended the same parochial school. One spring the entire family contracted the measles. It was no big deal. My grandparents provided childcare for a week or two, and thereafter I returned to the normal late afternoon routine with the family. There was no fear their household harbored some dreadful contagion, because in the early 1970s health authorities and mass media were not erroneously promoting measles as a grave threat to public health that only vaccines can address.
The video below depicts how measles was reflected along these lines in popular culture.
Over the past several years, however, corporate-controlled news media and ostensibly governmental regulatory agencies doing Big Pharma’s bidding are deceptively making “measles outbreaks” the equivalent of the new Black Plague, while at the same time decrying as “fake news” those who so much as question vaccine safety and point to informed consent.
As the American Association of Physicians and Surgeons has recently argued in a statement to Congress,
Measles is the much-publicized threat used to push for mandates, and is probably the worst threat among the vaccine-preventable illnesses because it is so highly contagious. There are occasional outbreaks, generally starting with an infected individual coming from somewhere outside the U.S. The majority, but by no means all the people who catch the measles have not been vaccinated. Almost all make a full recovery, with robust, life-long immunity.
Many will recall Ronald Reagan’s famous remark,
If we lose freedom here, there’s no place to escape to. This is the last stand on earth.
In a similar vein, the freedom to exercise discretion and informed consent over the treatments and substances introduced into one’s very body is the essence of personal freedom, and indeed perhaps “The last stand on earth.”

A body found late Tuesday night in the Chattahoochee River is that of missing CDC scientist, Timothy Cunningham, who allegedly revealed that the flu vaccine was causing the flu outbreak.
Timothy Cunningham went missing more than a month ago. The CDC scientist disappeared on Feb. 12 after leaving work at his Chamblee office early in the day following complaints that he did not feel well. Much suspicion surrounds the disappearance as Cunningham seemingly vanished into thin air with his keys, phone, car, and dog left behind at his residence.
On Feb. 27, Atlanta Police said on the day he went missing, Cunningham had a meeting to discuss a potential promotion.
“That meeting was to explain a promotion that he did not receive to a branch manager. He had been informed the previous Monday that he was not getting the promotion, but the explanation occurred on the morning of the twelfth,” authorities said in the February press conference.
The CDC denies Cunningham was eligible for a promotion.
On Tuesday night, fishermen contacted authorities after discovering a decomposing body in the Chattahoochee River near Donald L. Hollowell, approximately 400 yards upstream from the bridge. The body has been identified as 35-year-old Timothy Cunningham. Rescuers were unable to determine how long the body had been in the river.
On August 15, 2016 the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) invited “public comment” on an especially disturbing edict that will allow the federal agency alongside the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) to quarantine entire geographic areas of the United States, restrict the movement and behavior of inhabitants in these areas, and ultimately require they undergo vaccination–in a voluntary manner of course–or face criminal prosecution.
In fact, municipalities need only be given a vague “precommunicable” designation to undergo an overall loss of civil liberties that can include mandatory vaccination.
This action is being unilaterally undertaken by a bureaucracy that in recent months has proceeded in a thoroughly irresponsible manner to hype the alleged dangers of the Zika virus, even promoting the aerial dispersion of a toxic substance on South Florida populations to control Zika without any scientific evidence such a measure is safe or effective.
Today there is considerable justified alarm concerning the dangers vaccines pose to human health. Yet there are few alternatives offered to the conventional vaccination schedule. On this episode Minnesota-based author and homeopathic physician Dr. Cilla Whatcott returns to speak with James on the contemporary wide scale international acceptance of homeoprophylaxis–or homeopathic vaccination–in countries including the United Kingdom, India, Brazil, and Cuba.
Homeoprophylaxis is a safe and natural alternative to conventional vaccination. As the recent controversy surrounding the feature-length documentary Vaxxed suggests, the broader public and even mainstream medical doctors are becoming increasingly alarmed at the probable dangers posed by conventional vaccination.
Cilla is also co-organizing the second annual Homeoprophylaxis Conference 2016, to take place in St. Petersburg, Florida on October 7-9. The event will include numerous noteworthy homeopathic researchers and practitioners.
