Trump Is the Legitimate President Based on Constitutional Principles of Federalism and States Rights
Any first year law student should be able to tell you that we have 51 sets of laws, one for the federal government, and 50 for each state.
Federalism is a fundamental principle of government, in the United States, that defines the relationship between the federal government at the national level, and its constituent units at the state and local levels.
Trump won the majority of states, and he won the majority of electoral votes. We live in a shared system of government. Those citizens who do not like the laws or political make-up of their states are free to move to another state per the Privileges and Immunities Clause, the Commerce Clause as well as other federal statutes and Supreme Court Constitutional interpretations.
In a White House invitation only event, “Science” conference. Barack Obama went off topic to discuss the Media. Specifically, what he called the “magazines you get at the grocery store”. He characterized this kind of media as a problem.
His comments came following a lengthy conference with a room full of Obama’s scientific elite. So of course, his comments were well received by the audience. It is not hard to interpret what Obama is talking about. He is talking about papers like ours. We are not controlled by anyone except our own conscience.
James Tracy interviews Colorado-based filmmaker, educator and activist Danny Ledonne, a former media arts professor at Adams State University in Alamosa Colorado whose online exposés of his university’s managerial practices put him in the crosshairs of the school’s top administrators.
After the accomplished filmmaker was glossed over for a tenure-track position in the university’s communications department and subsequently terminated from his adjunct instructor position he made public records requests suggesting the school’s corrupt and non-transparent administrative practices. Ledonne began a blog to publish these, WatchingAdams.org, and encouraged other faculty to leak information that might prompt Adams State toward enacting reforms.
“History has shown us that when the government needs to save itself it won’t hesitate to STEAL your money.”

The following video ‘interview’ of former Congressman Dr. Ron Paul is a scripted presentation that is admittedly a bit stilted. Nevertheless, one needn’t look very far at national and world financial news to conclude the information and analysis are very real. For example, ‘bail in’ documents exist as laws in many Western nations, including Canada and the United States.
This may all appear Cassandra-like at first glance. Yet real economic indicators suggest an imminent economic crisis as central banks increasingly prop up the so-called ‘free markets’ through bond and now even by purchases of corporate debt and stock. At the same time, international events suggest that the US dollar’s days as the preeminent world reserve currency are numbered; on October 1 the Chinese Renminbi will be formally recognized as a foreign exchange reserve by the International Monetary Fund alongside the dollar and euro.
Reports and imagery from the ongoing economic collapse in Venezuela seem remote, yet the economic conditions for such a breakdown in Europe and the US are indeed very real. Of note is a special ‘Emergency Podcast‘ released September 16 by financial analysts Andrew Hoffman and Bix Weir lays out more recent developments in even greater detail.-JFT
[The following is an excellent commentary on the characteristic high-handedness of US higher education oversight. University management today has much in common with the corporate sector, complete with the obligatory mealy-mouth (but underlying contempt) toward free speech. Further, college administrators tend to propagate by finding new positions and pay raises for each other with wild abandon. In this instance an adjunct faculty member teaching media arts at a small state college criticized administrators’ policies on his personal blog. This must have been recognized as a threat to management’s ‘safe space’ because the poo-bahs began a malicious rumor campaign against the prof and issued him a ‘no trespass order ,… to protect our students, faculty and staff.’ The ACLU filed the lawsuit late last winter.-JFT]
The culture of fear in higher education did not arise spontaneously. Quirks in our legal system give administration on campus considerable leeway when it comes to crimes, allowing them to “criminalize” perfectly legal behavior and mete out extreme punishments, via the campus kangaroo court system.
Freedom of speech and freedom of the press will be resigned to history under a Hillary Clinton presidency, as the Democratic nominee threatens to shut down alternative news websites and anything the establishment view as a “conspiracy theory” if she is elected President of the United States.
In a speech in Reno on Thursday, Hillary Clinton claimed that Donald Trump was embracing “dark conspiracy theories” before going on a conspiracy theory-obsessed rant in which she attacked Alex Jones and Infowars, and then claimed that Vladimir Putin was the all-powerful mastermind behind the alternative media movement.
