A Champaign Illinois school district is allowing students to be excused from school to avoid experiencing “active shooter drills” held on school grounds.
“The Champaign Unit 4 Board of Education clarified how parents can opt their students out of active shooter drills” at a September 9 meeting, Illinois Public Media reports.
A new state law requires students participate in at least one active shooter drill during the first 90 days of the school year. The law allows school staff to exempt certain students from the drill at their discretion.
Unit 4 board members opted to take the advice of the district’s legal counsel, and allow parents to take their children out of school during the drills, exempt students who are already exempted from fire and tornado drills, and provide accommodations for students with individualized education plans.
Parents at the meeting expressed concerns that the drills could traumatize both students and staff. Dianne Gordon, a Unit 4 parent, told board members that her seven-year-old daughter was “hysterical” following a hard lockdown drill at her elementary school last year.
Orlando Thomas, director of achievement and student services at Unit 4, explained that parents would be informed ahead of time when the drills would occur at each school building.
“I think we’ve done a lot to try to help the adults ease their reservation about the training,” Thomas said.

School shooters represent a minuscule fraction of the risk to America’s schoolchildren. According to a 2018 Washington Post editorial, “the statistical likelihood of any given public school student being killed by a gun, in school, on any given day since 1999 was roughly 1 in 614,000,000.” According to a recent article in The Atlantic: “The Washington Post has identified fewer than 150 people (children and adults) who have been shot to death in America’s schools since the 1999 shooting at Columbine High School, in Colorado. Not 150 people a year, but 150 in nearly two decades.”
Nonetheless, 96% of America’s schools conduct lockdown drills meant to protect students from active shooters. These are required by state or local law in most cases.
The inordinate attention paid to a phenomenon that represents such a tiny proportion of the danger to school kids (a drop in the bucket compared to the danger they face from car accidents for example) can only be justified if one assumes that the psychological impact of these shootings on students is disproportionately great. But what if these lockdown drills are actually what is creating most of the anxiety?
Dr. Suzanne Humphries explains how today’s notion of “informed consent” concerning the practice of vaccination is really “manufactured consent,” a consequence she traces to a $10 billion initiative by the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation that has enabled the World Health Organization to vastly reshape public sentiment toward vaccination and public health.
Manufactured consent has involved a vigorous ten year public relations effort centering on vaccine promotion and active suppression of any views running counter to this central propaganda campaign.
“You would think, as with other medical procedures,” Dr. Humphries explains,
that solid science would be at the core of patient information and consent. The reality is that the choices you make medically have never been on the basis of informed consent … In 1997 the World Health Organization formulated a strategy which was put into a book called, The Strategic Plan, which laid out a map to completely change the way people thought about vaccines. The plan had key points, which were used in the media to structure messages that changed public opinion to co-opt or persuade key opinion people in all levels of society–medical, lay and entertainment–to get pro-vaccine spokespeople at every level saying one message, and one message only.

According to the Wireless Estimator, T-Mobile is postponing new builds and 5G upgrades at least for now. A construction manager who wants to remain anonymous blames the 15 state attorneys general for filing lawsuits against the T-Mobile / Sprint Merger. Lawsuits have also been filed against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for promoting and forcing 5G installation throughout American communities (see 1, 2, 3, 4, 5).
Anyone who lives where T-Mobile planned to start operating 5G can breathe a sigh of relief – at least for now. The American Academy of Pediatrics and other health experts warn that children are more susceptible to illness from exposure to all sources of wireless radiation. Warnings about widespread 5G installation have been issued for a variety of reasons by
In February, telecom executives gave congressional testimony that they had NO scientific evidence that exposure isn’t harmful.
Two scientists have published their findings on the relationship between geoengineering and the intensity of California wildfires in the peer-reviewed research outlet, Journal of Geography, Environment and Earth Science.
“The near-daily, near-global jet-spraying of particulate matter, evidenced as mainly [coal fly ash], into the troposphere has major consequences on climate,” authors J. Marvin Herndon of Transdyne Corporation and Mark Whiteside of Florida Department of Health write in the report. “One consequence of aerosolised CFA is to exacerbate global warming, which evidence indicates is mainly caused by pollution, especially particulate pollution, not by greenhouse gases.”
The article also features copious photographic evidence of what the authors assert is geoengineering, including “[e]xamples of deliberate jet-sprayed particulate pollution … on days devoid of natural clouds.”
IntroductionThe California, USA wildfires (Fig. 1) are symptomatic of far more serious anthropogenic phenomena adversely affecting flora and fauna, including humans, worldwide. The California
(USA) wildfires are thus a microcosm of wildfires worldwide. Climate change, specifically increased temperatures and increased water vapour pressure deficits, is considered a key factor driving California, regional and global wildfire increases. We agree with the assertion that “human-caused climate change is now a key driver of forest fire activity in the Western United States,” but the explanation proffered is grossly insufficient. Although wildfires are to some extent natural occurrences, the undisclosed, unnatural manipulations of our planet’s atmosphere and hydrosphere that we describe in this review heat the atmosphere, exacerbate combustibility, and wreak anthropogenic environmental havoc of unprecedented magnitude.
On December 12, 2017, the U. S. Forest Service reported that an additional 27 million trees, mostly conifers, died throughout California since November 2016, bringing the total number of trees that have died to a historic record of 129 million on 8.9 million acres. Forest die-offs, with concomitant wildfires, are not confined to California, but are occurring globally. The usual explanations given for the die-offs are combinations of global warming, drought, and bark beetles. These explanations, however, are just consequences of a more fundamental human-caused attack on Earth’s natural processes that has not been reported by academic scientists, but is the subject of this review.
The unprecedented numbers of tree deaths, while providing ready fuel for wildfires, is just one adverse consequence of the unnatural environmental manipulations that exacerbate the potential for major destructive wildfires whose occurrences are increasing in California and, indeed, globally. Here we review the consequences of those unnatural and unreported climate manipulations with particular emphasis on their adverse implications to wildfires and to human health.

Analyzing medical death rate data over an eight-year period, Johns Hopkins patient safety experts have calculated that more than 250,000 deaths per year are due to medical error in the U.S. Their figure, published May 3 in The BMJ, surpasses the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s (CDC’s) third leading cause of death — respiratory disease, which kills close to 150,000 people per year.
The Johns Hopkins team says the CDC’s way of collecting national health statistics fails to classify medical errors separately on the death certificate. The researchers are advocating for updated criteria for classifying deaths on death certificates.
“Incidence rates for deaths directly attributable to medical care gone awry haven’t been recognized in any standardized method for collecting national statistics,” says Martin Makary, M.D., M.P.H., professor of surgery at the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine and an authority on health reform. “The medical coding system was designed to maximize billing for physician services, not to collect national health statistics, as it is currently being used.”
In 1949, Makary says, the U.S. adopted an international form that used International Classification of Diseases (ICD) billing codes to tally causes of death.
