James Fetzer Answers Defamation Lawsuit of Sandy Hook Parent

Leonard Pozner is the alleged father of alleged Sandy Hook child-victim Noah Pozner whose image, mysteriously, was among the posters of those who were killed by the Taliban in the Army Public School shooting massacre in Peshawar, Pakistan, on December 16, 2014, two years after Sandy Hook.

Leonard Pozner has harassed bloggers and YouTubers with DMCA copyright-infringement take-down demands, and is successful at it. He has also sued Wolfgang Halbig and Alex Jones on Sandy Hook. Curiously, in his last lawsuit against Halbig, Lenny dropped the lawsuit when it came time for him to be deposed, under oath, which reinforces the skepticism by some who wonder if “Leonard Pozner” is a real person. For more on this, see “Sandy Hook’s Leonard Pozner sues Professor James Fetzer and publisher“.

On November 27, 2018, Leonard Pozner filed a defamation lawsuit against Professor James Fetzer and his publisher, Moon Rock Books, claiming that he, Leonard Pozner:

  1. Is a private citizen, instead of a public figure.
  2. Has been defamed by the defendants’ publication of an alleged death certificate of Noah, which Fetzer maintains is fake. See Leonard Pozner v. James Fetzer, et al.

As required by the court, Fetzer submitted an Answer to the lawsuit, in which he makes the following points:

5G Wireless Technology: Millimeter Wave Health Effects

A Review of Recent Public Health Literature

Electromagnetic Radiation Safety
(November 14, 2018)

With the deployment of fifth generation wireless infrastructure (aka 5G), much of the nation will be exposed to MMWs for the first time on a continuous basis. Due to FCC guidelines, these exposures will likely be of low intensity. Hence, the health consequences of 5G exposure will be limited to non-thermal effects produced by prolonged exposure to MMWs in conjunction with exposure to low- and mid-band radiofrequency radiation.

Unfortunately, few studies have examined prolonged exposure to low-intensity MMWs, and no research that I am aware of has focused on exposure to MMWs combined with other radiofrequency radiation.

The emergence of 5G, fifth-generation telecommunications networks, has been in the news lately because the wireless industry has been pushing controversial legislation at the state level to expedite the deployment of this technology. The legislation would block the rights of local governments and their citizens to control the installation of cellular antennas in the public “right-of-way.” Cell antennas may be installed on public utility poles every 10-20 houses in urban areas. According to the industry, as many as 50,000 new cell sites will be required in California alone.

Although many major cities and newspapers have opposed this legislation, the potential health risks from the proliferation of new cellular antenna sites have been ignored. These cell antennas will expose the population to new sources of radio frequency radiation including millimeter waves.

Full Spectrum Dominance: Caught in the Crossed Wires

Radio host Clyde Lewis provides an excellent overview of the grave threat 5G wireless technology poses to public health and social well being. Despite serious health concerns this all-encompassing human health experiment is being rolled out to every nook and cranny of the nation and is a colossal exercise of collective uninformed consent and continued abandonment of the “precautionary principle” that should arguably govern decisions where human health in particular is concerned.

As we noted here at MHB in 2012:

The 1992 Rio Declaration on Environment & Development adopted the precautionary principle as a rule to follow in the situations utilities and school districts find themselves in today. “Where there are threats of serious or irreversible damage lack of full scientific certainty shall not be used as a reason for postponing cost effective measures to prevent environmental degradation.”[17] In exercising the precautionary principle, public governance and regulatory bodies should “take preventive action in the face of scientific uncertainty to prevent harm. The focus is no longer on measuring or managing harm, but preventing harm.”

As Lewis explains, the 5G grid being rolled out today poses a much greater threat than its present 3 and 4G incarnations. Moreover, the technology at present alongside implementation of biometric devices and the “internet of things” will greatly accelerate corporate/government control over everyday existence, particularly for already powerful entities like Google, Amazon, and the local and regional authorities they partner with to “service” your community.

A few weeks ago at The Hague in the Netherlands, many birds died spontaneously, unexplainably falling dead in a park. I guess the story may not mean anything to most people because nowadays there are reports all the time of birds dropping dead – or even whales that beach themselves. But this case was different.

It is just business as usual in the apocalypse.

At first, a few birds were dropping dead which prompted the authorities to not rule out that someone was actually poisoning them. However there were reports of 150 more dying, then 200 and then 200 plus.

In the aftermath, it was proposed that perhaps the culprit was a new 5G Mast that was hanging from the roof of a nearby train station.

Later there were also reports that some of the area geese had dropped dead. Some were not eating while others were acting erratically.

Some of them were actually putting their heads in the water until they drowned.

(November 10, 2018)

Late yesterday afternoon, I published the post, “Parkland anomalies: David Hogg was at home during school shooting; interviewed girl before shooting,” then closed down my computer.

I awoke this morning to find a series of 16 successive emails from Jetpack Support, about FOTM doing down and then up throughout the night. Jetpack Support says it’s a connectivity problem.

Although FOTM now uses a non-U.S. host server, after our previous server WordPress burned down our blog on August 15, 2018, we still use WordPress’ Jetpack software because our readers and writers are familiar with the format and all the “bells-and-whistles” features.

In Search of NEXUS: The Organization Behind the Parkland Shooting’s Zachary Cruz & Migrant Caravan Lawsuit Against Trump

Editor’s Note: South Florida-based independent researcher Tony Mead completed this research on the shadowy Nexus Services Inc. last spring, shortly after the entity came forward to provide legal representation to the brother of alleged Parkland shooting gunman Nikolas Cruz.

This week Nexus Services was again in the news as the group sponsoring a lawsuit against the Trump administration filed by several non-US citizen members of the Central American “migrant caravan” making its way to the US southern border on cue with the 2018 midterm election season.

While it has been difficult to ascertain exactly what parties are behind Nexus, at this point and especially after its action on behalf of the migrant caravan participants we believe that one can safely conclude it to be the usual far-left philanthropic suspects, including George Soros, who is now moving to openly finance the migrant caravan with cash subsidies.

By Tony Mead

One day after Nikolas Cruz allegedly opened fire on Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland FL, his brother Zachary was taken into custody due to a report filed by Rocxanne DeChamps who had been charged with caring for Zachary after the death of his mother in November 2017. She reported that he was showing signs of depression and could be a danger to himself or others. The Baker Act of Florida allows for the detention of anyone who meets that criteria for a period of 72 hours where they can undergo a mental health evaluation before being released.

On that very same day, Rocxanne filed to re-open the estate of the late Roger Cruz, who had died in 2005, reportedly leaving a large inheritance. As the “caretaker” of the boys, she felt she was entitled to the money.

Several weeks after Zachary’s release he was arrested once again. This time for “skateboarding” on school property. Reportedly he decided to skateboard at the school so that he could kind of “Just wanted to take it all in”, despite being warned that he needed to stay away from the school.

Many people who had been following the case with a skeptical mind were aghast at this latest development. Surely this kid wouldn’t be so stupid as to put himself at risk. The school was guarded by police officers at every entrance and included a Broward Sheriff’s Office “crow’s nest” in the parking lot that could observe every activity for hundreds of yards! It would be difficult, if not IMPOSSIBLE for this kid to be on school property!

In fact, this police dash cam video clearly shows that at the time of his arrest, he isn’t anywhere near school property. But this time Zachary was to be dealt with more harshly, with the Judge reportedly set his bond at $500,000. This made no sense to me and of course I investigated further.

It appears (according to the court documents) that Zachary was bonded out for $25.

So why were we told that he had a $500,000 bond? I mean, everyone knows that whether or not you’re the brother of a mass murderer or not, a $500,000 bond for trespassing is not only preposterous, but also in violation of one’s Civil Rights.

Then, on April 28, Zachary was arrested again for driving near a school without a license. So, not only did he commit a crime, but he had also violated his terms of probation by being near a school that he did not attend. Police had been tipped off about his actions once again by Rocxanne DeChamps. It still remains a mystery as to how she became the caretaker of the two boys.

MAGAbomber and Pittsburgh Synagogue Shooting: Mossad Connections?

Internet researchers report that the van belonging to “Cesar Sayoc” – whose name is actually Cesar Altieri – was parked not far from the Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center in south Florida for more than a year.

The rabbi of the Aventura TJC synagogue is Jonathan Berkun, who, perhaps not coincidentally, grew up in Pittsburgh and attended the Tree of Life Synagogue. He had his bar mitzvah at the Pittsburgh synagogue, and his sisters were married there. Not only that. His father, Alvin Berkun, was rabbi of Tree of Life for 23 years and subsequently attended the Shabbat morning service there for the past 12 years. In an article in the Miami Herald, Jonathan Berkun is quoted on the day of the Pittsburgh shooting as follows:

This morning in the middle of Shabbat morning services at ATJC Aventura Turnberry Jewish Center, Michael Yavner came (in the middle of my sermon about the recent acts of domestic terrorism whose investigation led straight to Aventura) to tell me what we now know to have been a murderous, hateful, anti-Semitic shooting rampage at Tree of Life.

Pittsburgh Synagogue Shooting: Questions and Anomalies

by Vivian Lee

On Saturday morning, October 27, 2017, a mass shooting was reported at the Tree of Life synagogue in the Squirrel Hill region of Pittsburgh, PA. A suspect, Robert Gregory Bowers, was apprehended at the scene, after being wounded by SWAT officers. Before he was taken into custody, Bowers is said to have killed 11 of the congregants and injured six, including four members of the SWAT team that he engaged in two separate gun battles. Bowers was allegedly armed with “an AR-15-style assault rifle,” a Glock pistol, and two other handguns.

The officers who rushed to the scene came upon Mr. Bowers as he was trying to leave the synagogue. He fired at them, injuring one officer in the hand, according to the criminal complaint. Another officer had injuries to his face from shrapnel and broken glass. Mr. Bowers then darted back inside and ran up to the third floor.
At that point, a SWAT team went in and came upon the scene of the massacre. Two people were still alive and the police carried them out. As they were searching for other victims, SWAT officers encountered Mr. Bowers, who fired at them and critically injured two officers.
The remaining officers “engaged the suspect in a gun battle in which multiple rounds were exchanged,” the criminal complaint said. At some point in the shootout, Mr. Bowers was wounded, and he eventually surrendered to the police.[1]

Bowers reportedly entered the synagogue just before 10 am, and “the Allegheny County Emergency Operations center received calls of an active shooter at 9:54 am ET…Officers were dispatched at 9:55 am,” according to CNN. In all, Bowers is said to have been inside the synagogue for a full 20 minutes.
