After two decades of ambitious public perception management (of which mega-philanthropy has played a major role) the big tech racketeer “OG” is considered a genius on everything having to do with public health–indeed one who can direct entire governments on health policies via such unelected, autocratic organizations as the World Health Organization and Centers for Disease Control.
