Everytown for Gun Safety, an anti-Second Amendment group founded in 2014 by former public relations expert Shannon Watts with media mogul and former New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, is calling on US Representative Marjorie Greene (R-GA) to step down because she was allegedly involved in Facebook discussions that “denied school shootings.”

The Hill reports:

[Everytown], along with its grassroots networks Moms Demand Action and Students Demand Action, cited a Media Matters article that uncovered exchanges from 2018 in which Greene allegedly agreed that the 2012 Sandy Hook Elementary School shooting and the 2018 Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School shooting were not real or not done by the people arrested for them.

“Dangerous conspiracy theorists who peddle disinformation like Rep. Greene ever further damage the credibility of Congress,” Shannon Watts, founder of Moms Demand Action, said in a statement. “Taylor Greene’s lies traumatize the survivors of shooting tragedies and put their safety in danger. She must resign immediately.”

In addition to gun control, upon Joe Biden’s proposed “Green New Deal” money bonanza, Bloomberg has wasted no time becoming a “climate change” doomsayer, contending that it “has the potential to kill everybody” if left unaddressed.
