Editor’s Note: This new documentary from RT features Palm Beach Sheriff Deputy Mark Dougan, a whistleblower-turned-political emigre. While flying close to a small airstrip just over the US border with Canada, the passenger aboard a small Cessna seemed to have a heart attack. After an emergency landing, he miraculously recovered, jumped out of the plane, threw some money at the pilot and ran away. A few days later, he resurfaced in Russia. It may sound like a spy novel plot, but it’s just one episode in the true story of real-life American cop-turned-whistleblower, Mark Dougan. These two unexplained deaths of relatively young police officers in Florida last Spring are examples of how government has failed to police itself. Citizens have been misled by the many “Motherhood and Apple Pie” fourth of July speeches on patriotic occasions into falsely believing their public institutions are all honest and above board when there are almost no controls operated and accessible by the lowly public to prove and enforce such honesty. This is true not just in police departments but all all judicial bodies, local to Congress, Courts up to the U.S. Supreme Court. Ordinary citizens and taxpayers have been fooled into believing all these bodies operate with total honesty and integrity and need no internal citizen controls or oversight. Yet virtually all of them operate in secret protected by the full military armed force of government. Why if they are so “honest and above board” would they need such secrecy protection normally only available in a totalitarian state? The answer is of course because they are not all “above board” are they and they seek to hide and conceal this embarrassing information from lowly citizens.? Who or what group is mainly responsible for this massive cover up of crime in government at all levels? Why lying lawyers of course, who else?
Why have ordinary citizens been left out in the cold on this and replaced by lying lawyers to do this dirty job? Answer, because lawyers are the best at fooling the duped public that they are as pure as Motherhood and Apple Pie while insidiously lying and cheating their way to the bank. Lawyers have bad reputations going back centuries in history. Even in the mythical society of Utopia, lawyers were banned because they “disguise” matters. This is a polite way of saying the lie, cheat and steal with impunity, or at least some of them do. Why not replace oversite of our government institutions with ordinary citizen committees instead of lying lawyers? Answer: Because then we might have some real oversight, not the fake pretend oversight provided by the lying lawyers.
Here are a few examples of many; The 9/11/01 investigation was a total joke. But there is no official investigation of this crime against America by Israel. Congress has sold out the country to Israel. Many of them are even dual citizens with Israel. How can you be devoted to the United States and be a citizen of Israel and be a lawmaker of the U.S.? You can’t be. Who is investigating these conflicts and crimes by Congress? No one. The lying lawyers have seen to it. Most of Congress are lying lawyers too.
Why is there such a dearth of information about the above deaths of police officers and other mysterious deaths in say the Sandy Hook Hoax? Answer: Because there were and are no laws forcing autopsies to be performed on the dead bodies to prove the cause of deaths. These should be required in all such cases and released immediately to the public. This would eliminate most of the speculation around these cases.
The one activity government is very good at is “circling the wagons” around themselves to cover up unpleasant or embarrassing activities or crimes or worse. Citizens are left out of the picture. Citizens, on the other had, must have control of government institutions. Ordinary citizens must have access to all internal information of all public institutions. Let’s stop the secrecy. Let’s involve ordinary citizens and prohibit lying lawyers from any jobs in government as Earl Carey recommended in his great book, “IBM and the Corruption of Justice in America”, 1992. All Mr. Carey wanted was a simple jury trial on his dispute with the Computer giant. He tried every legal means, every means failed. Forty two federal judges obstructed providing him a simple jury trial in the State of Arizona. He even tried to have these lying lawyers arrested by the FBI! This is why the corrupt powers that be don’t like and obstruct citizen control of their corrupt secret activities behind closed doors. Here is what Mr. Carey, a former engineer, had to say about the “oldest profession” of “law”:
“The ultimate goal of the education and training a person receives to become a lawyer is dramatically different from other professions and occupations. A lawyer’s education and training can be more accurately described as an indoctrination into a type of satanic cult. Behavior which a normal human being would consider to be repulsive, evil and cruel, forms the standard operating procedures in the daily life of a lawyer. The normal human emotions and traits such as conscience, honesty and honor, and integrity are completely obliterated. An insatiable greed and a blind allegiance in the preservation of the corrupt legal profession take their place. To lie, cheat and steal become second nature and instinctive. Lawyers suffer no remorse for their actions. They have no sympathy for their victims.”

So far as I know the word lawyer does not appear at all in our Constitution. Yet the fools in America have been brainwashed to allow these crooks to dominate and run our government. Don’t the fools in America deserve their plight? Let’s remove the lawyers and replace them with ordinary citizens. It couldn’t be any worse could it? Haven’t we suffered under lying lawyer rule long enough now? Paul Revere should have shouted, “The lawyers are coming, the lawyers are coming!”

I find much to question in this documentary.
Dougan’s story of smuggling himself out of the country is preposterous. We’re to believe that after he feigns a medical crisis aboard a plane and lands in Canada, he throws cash at the pilot and runs to a bus stop? And the pilot, unconcerned, shrugs and flies back alone to the US from the apparently deserted airstrip in the middle of nowhere where, against all reason, he has just landed a heart attack victim?
The documentary producers call his story incredible. I’ll say it is.
Dougan’s larger narrative within the documentary is suspect as well, because it ignores how well set-up his Russian life was from the start. We never learn if he received political asylum, or who helped him start his new life. All we know from the documentary is that he arrived with $700, and was able to start a successful business. If that’s true, we should all go live in Russia.
From reading about Palm Beach County in MHB, I’ve no doubt that the PBSO is corrupt, along with many county associated judges and politicians, and that they are all protected by, and serve the political and economic interests of, the Cox Media group.
(The Cox political family history is a story for another time. Let’s just say they’re comfortable with ‘official narratives.’ For example, in 1969, their news outlet was chosen to produce pictures and dialogue of the moon landing, and to show exclusive live shots of the lunar surface.)
But painting Mark Dougan as a hero is problematic. He doxed thousands of public employees. In a state with an “all-party consent” law in place, he published illegal recordings. It seems probable that he sent out a fake political endorsement on election day, in the guise of an elected official in order to help his politician buddy for whom he campaigned, get noticed on the ballot.
Should Mark Dougan fear for his life? People have been killed for less. However, a purposefully slanted documentary that buries large parts of the truth leaves open the possibility that his fear and flight are just part of his self-aggrandizing story, made the more outrageous by his piteous desertion of his family.
It seems to me that Mark Dougan suffers from the same lack of ethical clarity that he gleefully and self-righteously denounces in others.
