The James Tracy Legal Defense Fund‘s activities have come to fruition in a very significant way. As may MHB readers already know, James Tracy v. FAU et al. was filed in United States District Court on April 25, 2016. The case has thus far been covered by an array of national media, including CBS, the Washington Post, the New York Times, Newsweek, and Inside Higher Ed.
(We are amused at the Guardian’s concern, especially since journalists and news orgs have participated with gov’t entities in the wholesale manufacture of stories for decades. See e.g. “The CIA and the Media,” MHB, August 2015.)
Britain’s center-left Guardian newspaper has apologized after it emerged one of its reporters had been fabricating interviews and falsely claiming to have been at events he wrote about.
Joseph Mayton, a California-based freelancer who has been writing for the paper since 2009, was accused of making up quotes in some stories and filing interviews with people who later said they had never spoken to him.

Every day, there are a whopping 5,500 tonnes ($212 billion) of gold traded in London, making it the largest wholesale and over-the-counter (OTC) market for gold in the world.
To put that in perspective, more gold is traded in London each day than what is stored at Fort Knox (4,176 tonnes). On a higher volume day, amounts closer to total U.S. gold reserves (8,133.5 tonnes) can change hands.
How is this possible?
The infographic below tells the story about gold’s foremost trading hub, as well as the paper gold market in London, England:
Has any major US presidential candidate ever been allowed to run while also being the focus of such a wide-ranging federal investigation? A cynic might conclude that since Clinton is “the establishment’s” choice, such potential criminal wrongdoing can be overlooked.
“Why does this man let his people suffer so much? YES I support Amnesty International and I am making a 70 Franc donation. Amnesty International, Swiss section”
Sent in May 2016 to every household: We have just received from a Arret sur info reader this flyer calling for donations, distributed in letter boxes by Amnesty International’s Swiss Section. The flyer leaves no doubt about the outrageous political bias adopted by the NGO from the beginning of the war in Syria.
We denounce this misleading campaign that comes at the detriment of the Syrian people. The Syrian state is the only secular state in the region, and Amnesty is combatting it, seeking the overthrow of the Assad government. This means imposing on Syrians the destruction of their state, and bringing armed groups, who want to establish an Islamic state, to power, the groups supported by obscurantist regimes like Saudi Arabia, Qatar, and Kuwait.
On this week’s edition of Real Politik public intellectual and academic iconoclast Darrell Hamamoto joins James to address an array of issues including the foundation-funded identity politics movement characterizing US college campuses in 2016. Hamamoto’s incisive socio-political research and commentary revealing the machinations of the modern power elite and knowledge machine have made him a significant force for meaningful awareness and change. Such efforts have been met with major resistance by his university employer and the larger forces governing today’s philanthropic and federally-dependent academic institutions.

Compelling imagery and analysis suggest corporate media’s direct participation in manufacture of Newtown shooting

There have been a number of pre-dated fundraisers, tributes, death reports, detailed articles, and even appearances of Sandy Hook in two major motion pictures. In fact, there have been so many of the pre-dated materials distributed, they’re literally uncountable, even with hundreds of links now inactive.
All of this clearly prepared material has brought thousands of people to realize how severely corrupt our world systems have become, but none of this may be as shocking as the number of pre-dated images that were once contained in the Associated Press images database. Not only are the images pre-dated, but those that are labeled “undated” have clearly matching dates with other photos.
Information upholds Seymour Hersh’s May 2015 observations
Submitted by Nauman Sadiq
According to Seymour Hersh, the original plan of the Obama Administration regarding the disclosure of the execution of Osama bin Laden to the press was that he had been killed in
a drone strike in the Hindu Kush mountains on the Afghan side of the border. But things didn’t go as planned during the operation as a Black Hawk helicopter crashed in Bin Laden’s Abbottabad compound and the whole town now knew that an operation was underway.
Therefore, that original plan was abandoned and the Obama Administration had to go public within hours of the operation with a hurriedly cooked up story. This explains so many contradictions and loopholes in the official version; the biggest being that the US Special Ops conducted a raid deep inside the Pakistani territory on a garrison town without the approval of the Pakistani authorities.
James Tracy files lawsuit against university that fired him, union that failed to defend him
American Free Press
Dr. James F. Tracy, one of this nation’s top media analysts, gained national notoriety for daring to publicly question the mainstream media and government view of the Sandy Hook Elementary School event. He recently filed a wrongful termination lawsuit against Florida Atlantic University’s (FAU) board of trustees, several board members and university administrators, and the Florida Education Association and United Faculty of Florida, two unions. Tracy alleges that FAU violated his rights to due process, free speech, and academic freedom when they fired him earlier this year.
The 49-page lawsuit reveals in great detail how Tracy was harassed, harangued, hated, and even hunted for having unconventional opinions on several alleged mass shootings. In other words, Tracy espoused views different from those offered by the mainstream-media/government complex, whose insistence on condemning all differing views has rapidly spread to the world of academia, which is supposed to be a place where students are encouraged to open their minds to all possibilities. The lawsuit asks that Tracy be reinstated to his tenured employment at FAU, with full restoration of all benefits and lost wages, compensatory and punitive damages, and costs and disbursements for the lawsuit including attorneys’ fees.
