If President Barack Obama and his administration are not lying in the lead-up to a probable bombing campaign of Syria it will be a rare exception among US Presidents, particularly since their public duplicity concerning war dates to at least the early twentieth century. Indeed, being forthrightly dishonest to the American people concerning the rationales for engaging in foreign wars has become a century-old White House tradition. The historical record of past presidents’ prewar and wartime hucksterism is unambiguous, greatly contributing to the immense bloodshed and destruction that continues under the country’s reckless international leadership to this day.

An appendage of the world’s foremost advocate of psychiatric treatment, the American Psychiatric Association, is actively promoting a “teacher training program” that will enlist public school staff to identify “troubled thought patterns” of teenage students, NBC news reports. The following timeline of the April 15, 2013 Boston Marathon bombing that killed three and injured many more provides a platform to better understand how the event was publicly presented by corporate and alternative news media. The chronological assemblage of coverage is not comprehensive of all reports published on the incident but is an ongoing project that also seeks to explain how the storyline was largely constructed by federal and state law enforcement, medical authorities and major media around the eventual theory that Dzokhar and Tamarlan Tsarnaev were the sole instigators of the bombing.

In this paper he covers three topics: the first (Phase One) is an explanation of the biochemical analyses he has performed on an oral filament which is characteristic of the Morgellons condition. The second (Phase Two) offers possible and/or probable health disruptions that are based upon these biochemical analyses; these disruptions are then compared to the observed and reported symptoms of the Morgellons condition. In the third part, now in progress, he is offering from a research perspective, mitigating strategies that may serve to balance health impacts given these disruptions.
